Top Limo was wonderful for our daughter’s wedding day. We booked them well in advance and I was able to call them with a few changes along the way without any issue. They were prompt for both pick up at beginning of day and end. We got an upgraded vehicle because they had to do a switch and no extra charge. Service was excellent.

We ordered a limo for 10 people for my wedding to pick us up at 3pm. They called the day before and said they couldn’t make it till 3:30. Not a huge deal. Limo did show up at 3:30. The driver was wonderful. However this limo was not big enough for 10 people. We were sitting on top of each other. Ordered a limo for a luxury service for my wedding, felt like we were crammed into a clown car. Very disappointed.

What an overall terrible experience their limos are from like 07 and clearly have some serious suspension issues. It’s a noisy ride even over their static speakers they have. They are definitely not top limo. They are definitely budget limo, but they are charging premium prices. All that have been a big deal however, one of my bags went missing. It was left in the limo when we checked into our hotel we have photos of us and the limo and the bag in the background the driver insists that the bag was not left in the car We literally had the hotel, checked the camera footage and that did not come in with us So essentially our limo driver stole my backpack lol I am extremely frustrated and I will never use their service again and I will never let any of my family or friends use their Services ever I would also recommend everybody else staying away, but if you do end up using this business, make sure you take all your belongings with you because the limo Driver Will not hesitate to take it for himself and never to return it to you

I was absolutely impressed with the service! My driver Kenny was absolutely professional n considerate in making my trip as comfortable as possible for me! I felt like Royalty! Tks again so much for the excellent service!

Arrived 20 minutes late to take us to my daughter’s wedding.
Then found out that the drivers do not get the tip included in the invoice. Driver told me he does not get the tips so I tipped him again.
Not sure who is telling the truth, the company or the driver ?‍♀️.
I would not recommend using them, customer service after you pay is horrible

Booked from Guelph to Budweiser stage for a concert. Asked the driver if he could drop us off at riverfront for lunch then take us to the stage. ‘No trouble at all’. Third party company called us during lunch to tell us they needed more money for doing this. Driver blamed my wife for this just because she asked for this. We’re never told about additional costs. No call from the actual company and as you can see by the numerous reviews they don’t respond to any negative reviews which speaks of their integrity.
Poor driver protocol to argue with a customer.which leads back to poor company operations. Limo also very dated as well.

Best Experience! Great Customer service easy to get information and quote. Great follow up. On the day of the wedding the driver was very professional and easy going let us really enjoy ourselves!!
