Trusted, prompt and impeccable service! I've used Airways Transit for all YYZ flights from KW+return and our recent experience was absolutely more than 5 star. Violet made our reservation seemless and is so professional and kind. Our driver Parth is a fantastic person and we had an enjoyable trip home. I could not be more grateful for Airways Transit. I used this service to get from Cambridge to Pearson Airport yesterday afternoon, and then after 6 hours of delays, my flight was cancelled. I was stranded… At midnight, I called Airways and was immediately booked on a return van home. The service received from dispatch was impeccable; driver Larry was a godsend. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life! ❤️

I have booked with Airways Transit quite a few times now to arrange airport travel for my parents and have been consistently pleased with the service right from the time of reservation to day of travel and they have even been able to accommodate when they have had flight delays, etc. Very appreciative of the service we have received.
This last trip to the airport in particular was an absolute pleasure for my folks. Terry their driver was professional, friendly, helpful and made the drive so enjoyable with kindness and laughs. Thank you Terry! They hope to see you again the next time they fly in!

Absolutely terrible service! When I called to book they were great. I was told that I wouldn’t wait longer than 30 minutes for the driver. When I signed in at the airport I was told to have a seat and I would be called when the driver arrived. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on and the attendant told me that she just signs people in and didn’t know. I called the office to inquire and the individual that answered the phone was not apologetic or considerate, he just said well you’ll just have to wait. He didn’t look into anything or attempt to contact anyone. At this point an hour had passed and I asked him for a manager or supervisor and was told to call back tomorrow. I left a message the following day for the manager and no one got back to me. Called 3 times after that and by this time a few weeks had passed and finally a supervisor answered. She let me know that she would look into and then didn’t even have the respect to call me back but sent an email days later. And this was the response from Robyn the office manager “Our night dispatcher, Steve, was doing his best with all that was coming at him. With flight delays, our dispatchers sometimes have to make difficult decisions as to how to get all of our passengers out of the airport as efficiently as possible. His mannerism may have been abrupt, and in your opinion rude, but he was working hard handling all the tasks that are required to be a night dispatcher. Our reservation specialist do not work in the late evenings, so our night dispatchers have to answer the phones on top of their other tasks.
My apologies for the late response to your phone call,”
I travel often and can safely say I will never again use this service or recommend it to anyone, especially business partners!

Excellent, personable service when i call directly. Was able to resolve several issues by talking to a human at their office. The vans are a clean, comfortable ride. The drivers are in radio contact with each other and the office and have responded with good detours to the changes on the road. I’ve never been late and have never have to wait a long time to be picked up at the airport. Been using this service for 25 yrs

The whole experience with Airways Transit was seemless. We were using their services to transfer from an international flight at Hamilton airport to Pearson for a domestic flight. The driver was there at the arrivals area ready for us. He quickly got us into the car and off to Pearson in a great time. He also wonderful to chat with. Would recommend.

I have used Airways transit’s services numerous times for trips to and from Pearson Airport to KW area. Each time I booked by talking to a person on the phone, rather then online. Each time the service we received was reliable, prompt and enjoyable. Recently they went above and beyond helping my parents get to the Airport on time and bringing my mom her phone and tablet which she forgot at home. I give them 5 stars because each time their service was excellent.

November 6th. Morning ride to Toronto Airport. Driver had to pick other passengers in my neighborhood. Had a delightful conversation with one of my neighbors as I felt safe and secure in the van . Gentlemen driving was very professional.
