What an outstanding experience! From the beginning Bailey was super accommodating in modifying our experience to pick us up from our home and worked to ensure the pilot could land safely. Wes was our pilot for the day and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We did the Cowbell experience and added on additional flight time to be picked up from our home. We highly highly highly recommend using Great Lakes Helicopter. Their professionalism, customer service and friendly nature was over the top! We will definitely be flying with them again!

Great Lakes Helicopter is a great place to go if you are wanting to learn to fly or if you just want to go in a helicopter. i had a lot of fun going from their place to Niagara Falls. it was about a 2 hour trip and it was definitely worth the money.

Amazing experience! Shoutout to Matt our pilot who did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable during the flight. Would definitely recommend to friends! Was a great way to celebrate our anniversary 🙂

Airport runway threshold training (32 and 26) of these helicopters disrupt established flying patterns of small training aircraft (WWFC) for hours a day by forcing them to fly their circuits over high density noise sensitive residential areas north and west of the airport. They are evidently a nuisance to the airport traffic control by obstructing regular aviation traffic including departing and arriving large passenger aircraft as their training must be interrupted multiple times for safety reasons. This busy airport is clearly not an ideal choice for a helicopter training base.

I started my PPL training with Great Lakes in November of 2020 and have loved every moment. I count down the days until my next lesson! Everyone is very friendly and I feel like part of the team. It's great to find instructors that are passionate about their aviation careers, and where safety is always their top priority. I definitely plan on doing additional ratings with them as I progress through my training. Excited for what's to come! I still pinch myself every time we takeoff!

Enjoyed my first helicopter ride with our pilot, Hayden. He did a great job flying and answered all my 101 questions. I felt safe the entire time. Looking forward to going up again!
