Accueil sympathique.||Chambre normale avec 2 lits queen par contre, on entend le moindre bruit de ceux qui sont au-dessus ! Mais pas le bruit de la route car les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure en arrière de l’accueil et de la route !||Le chauffage fonctionne car il faisait frais et humide dans la chambre donc on l’a allumé même en plein mois de mai !||La chasse d’eau coulait en permanence, on a dû la couper pour pouvoir dormir tranquillement !||Parking gratuit dans la cour, mais quand y’a des voitures avec des remorques, les places se font assez rares !||Bon point, le sol en revêtement plastique pour la 2ème fois de notre road trip, ça change tout !! merci !||Petit déjeuner compris, enfin un bon pour un sandwich et un café au Subway d’à côté ! Perso, si je l’avais su avant, j’aurais pris un autre motel car je déteste le Subway, c’est dégueu et le café n’était pas à volonté !!!||Pas de cafetière, ni café par contre frigo+micro-onde.||Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre.||Piscine extérieure vide.||Chien accepté : frais $10 +tax /nuit

The interior doesn’t match the exterior! We booked into a ground floor room on the inner court. It was a super hot day but the AC was already running to keep it nice and cool for us. While to pool was still under maintenance we were grateful for the friendly greeting. The rooms look freshly renovated. Beds were comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The AC droned on a little bit but it was pretty typical for a smoking hot day (35C).

Its a first rate motel in the sleepy little town of Cache Creek. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well fitted and great value for price. The A/C worked so well in the 36 degree summer heat. Thank you for your caring, humble and thoughtful service. 💕

Very clean, basic room. Good ac and very nice staff. No coffee maker in room, and pool was not in service which was disappointing. Includes breakfast at subway. Was good for one night stop. Pet friendly. Be aware many ground floor rooms have large step up to enter which could cause accessibility problems.

Booked through Hotels.com. Room was fine, costumer service was terrible. We arrived at 10:55pm. They scolded my spouse and I like we were children for being late; claiming it says on Hotels.com that check in ends at 10pm. I would not have booked our reservation if that was the case. Looking on their listing on Hotels.com does not mention this. It is only after you book apparently in the small fine print of an email.
Never booking again after how we were treated.

We are not hard to please people first of all. Bathrooms were recently done and was advertised as a full Reno. Kitchen didn’t have cupboards a walls were super splattered from whatever was cooked. Bedding was dirty and looked slept on/stained. Couch and upholstered chairs have the greasiest dirt I’ve ever seen on the arms and need to be thrown out. Could get past all of this if the toilet didn’t have black stains in it and my pillow wasn’t so brown with drool stains I couldn’t sleep on it. We were tired so we stayed and fingers crossed no bugs! Front desk lady was lovely tho!

Upon arriving we found out the advertised pool isn't open, no gym or fitness equipment available either. Checked into our room and it wasn't fully cleaned. No Toilet paper. They gave us an industrial roll of large toilet paper (light tissue paper style) but it was for a dispenser that we couldn't open without a dispenser key. So we had to use a large roll and set it on the tub or floor. Included breakfast was Subway which doesn't open until 8 am. So if you want to get on the road before 8, you will not get the included breakfast.

For this rate, I expected at least basic standards to be met. Instead, the towels had holes, the shampoo packets were empty, and there were no tissues or toilet paper in the room. The gym consisted of just two dusty machines that likely don’t even work—just like the pool, which was also out of service. There were no bottles of drinking water provided, and overall, the room was not very clean. Very disappointing experience.
