Today, I had a concerning experience with bus driver near the Value Village parking lot. The driver had stopped in an unusual spot—positioned on the left side of the main driveway, facing Value Village, where oncoming traffic would typically flow.

At first, I hesitated, trying to understand why they were stopped in such an odd location. Since they remained stationary, I proceeded and carefully went around them. However, just as I was beside the bus, the driver suddenly started moving—completely oblivious to my presence. It was only luck that prevented a collision.

I safely parked and observed as they picked up a passenger. I also took a photo of the bus to document the incident. They had parked in that spot to await a customer. He had clearly moved from the main driveway where I encountered him to the front entrance to pick up customer. This kind of careless driving and lack of awareness is a major safety concern, and I hope the company addresses it to prevent future accidents.

one of the bus drivers named jean was very cranky wouldn’t let me and my friend on the bus to go to the beach because we had shorts and a bathing suit top on we took a previous bus on before and they let us on with no problem. but jean on the other hand was very rude about it! and didn’t let us on witch led to us walking down across town.

I have just about enough of bad experiences from people who don't have any decent communication skills or compassion or even listen to what your saying seems like pulling teeth. The bus driver lady was rude tonight and didnt need to be. I don't go around ripping off the bus system . I have better things to do in life. I will do the right thing and pay the bus fair owed but again YOU weren't listening to me in the first place. And then to rudely say I owe you was blatantly ignorant.

The drivers are absolutely great, providing answers to most questions related to Penticton . 95% of them.go the extra mile for riders. Thank-you to all the drivers for everything that u do. Cheers 🍻

Very comfortable and punctual. No hiccups journey always. The drivers were very courteous and guided me throughout for the routes and destinations asked.

The tele services offered by the BC transit to guide the routes are also very helpful and supportive. Ms Viki was very supportive in guiding the routes over the phone and also explaining throughly. She also supported by sending the day pass with the driver which is a hallmark of superb service with a humanitarian touch.

he man driving bus number 9340 on Wednesday November 10th from around 3:00-4:30 was driving the 5. The bus then got changed to the 3 and no one was told. So many people missed their bus stops on Duncan hill because of this. No one knows why this had happened. As I am originally writing this I am still on that bus. About 3:50 the route did change back to the normal number 5 route. This bus ride was terrible and I wish I hadn't gotten on.

- I can't believe the bus seats were so dirty!
- And the website to learn the routes is atrocious.
