Parkway motel est un petit motel sans prétention au bord de la Transcanadienne et un peu à l'écart de Wawa. À cause du mauvais, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du Parc Provincial du Lac Supérieur et nous avons passé 2 jours dans ce motel. Il est très propre, calme, bien équipé (TV, micro-onde), bref une très bonne étape si besoin de dormir. Dommage que le déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans le prix

J'y suis arrivé par la grâce d'une tempête de neige (fréquentes dans cette zone), je m'y arrêterai désormais chaque fois que ma route devra passer par là. ||Rien d'extraordinaire à signaler sinon que tout est comme il doit être. Il n'est pas question ici de luxe, mais de choses vraies.||Deux termes me viennent à l'esprit : charmant et reposant. ||Surtout ne pas se laisser influencer par l'enseigne très sommaire, une fois dans votre chambre, vous vous sentez bien.||Merci aux propriétaires de ce lieu qui évoque une époque presque oubliée où motel était synonyme de havre.

We stayed at this property on 2 occasions during our trip to Lake Superior. Both visits (about 2 weeks apart) were fantastic!!! The Parkway is located right off Hwy 17 (Trans Canada Hwy) which made for quick, easy and convenient access on our road trip. We had to drive into town to restaurants and shopping but that was alright. The room was clean, clean , clean and so nicely appointed!!! The added touch of an ice bucket and wine glasses was a welcome change from drinking our evening wine from plastic cups!!! The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us! The little chocolates left by the coffee machine was nice! If there is anything I would change it would be the brand of in-room coffee as it was a bit bland. Other than that minor issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stays at the Parkway Motel. A lasting impression occurred when we were leaving the motel. A lovely lady offered us a small bag of ice for our cooler. Though we declined (our ice packs were frozen and would last us until the next stop), the gesture was much appreciated!!! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend The Parkway Motel to our family and friends!!

Absolutely spotless motel! Charming decor, comfy beds! Even had glass glasses and ceramic mugs, plus a nightlight in the bathroom (why don’t all motels/hotels have them?). Nice to have a little table and chairs to sit at too. No AC but the ceiling fan helped and it was September anyway. Highly recommend. Best motel we visited during our cross Canada road trip!

This motel is awesome! So many little touches that make it feel homey and comfortable! Cozy blankets on the beds, real glasses (drinking, wine) and coffee cups, Kleenex that doesn’t rub your skin off-these little touches make a huge difference. Beats the heck out of any chain hotel for comfort and value!

I've traveled all over Canada and North America on my motorcycle countless times. I literally seen thousands of motels hotels, hostels, you name it. |I can honestly say this place is amazing. |The attention to details and pride the owner takes is simply unreal. See attached pictures. What are you traveling in your car or on your motorcycle. This place will blow you away. You could literally eat on the floor. Everything is absolutely spotless. I can't tell enough and say enough about it. If you happen to go through Wawa, and I stayed at a few place in Wawa Ontario; this place takes the top spot. Far enough from the highway to not be disturbed also. Beautiful lawns with chairs and the barbecue in the gazebo as well as awesome chairs and tables outside each room with flowers. |I had seen this place several times during my travels, but the timing was never right. This time it was, and from now on when I come through these parts, I won't sleep anywhere else.|

Our 2- night stay at the Parkway Motel in Wawa was wonderful. The room was super clean and the decor is very attractive. Room rate was very reasonable. They have spent a lot of money doing renovations to the motel, such as new windows and new bathroom fixtures.
