I have been using Wickwire Property Management for over three years to manage my 8 units. The service I receive is exceptional. They are professional, timely and courteous. They are well connected to industry service providers. I am satisfied that my investment interests are in good hands. I would certainly recommend this Manager to anyone.

If there was a way to give this guy a negative rating I would. He “managed” my house that I rented out by cashing the tenants check every month and doing absolutely nothing. No inspection was done periodically. Any time the tenant required something it took a rediculous amount of time to actually find out about it. Shingles blew off my roof and his idea of a fix was the hire his buddy to slop tar on the bare plywood and charge me for a half assed repair. He was quick to take his 200 a month though.
The one time I asked him to do something it was like pulling teeth. After paying him for his “services” for the final month when I informed him that I was going with someone else he refused to do a final walk through with the new guy for a handover and do a final close out inspection.
Avoid this clown like the plague. The worst property manager ever.
