C'est la première fois que nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un motel qui offre une chambre de style appartement: un côté salon, avec canapé, une véritable cuisine équipée, et une chambre à part. Bien des étudiants souhaiteraient un tel logement! Nous y avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et tout était très bien dans la chambre (à part peut-être un matelas un peu mou). Salle de bain très propre, et wifi gratuit. Si nous repassons dans le coin, c'est sûr que nous reviendrons au Pass Motor Inn, car pour 75$, c'est imbattable!

The room was super clean and comfortable but the staff is what made our overall experience superb. Every staff member we met was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Fantastic hotel, we highly recommend staying there.

We had really pleasant service here. We had an issue with our booking, but the manager helped us fix everything. The room was so clean and the washroom is spotless as well. The beds are comfortable. The service is splendid, a very big thanks to the hard working staff and kind manager, definitely a place we will be staying at again.

Quick overnight stay. Price was right. The staff (family run?) were pleasant. The rooms were newly renovated and very spacious. Parking was great. Great location. Was a little noisy with traffic but was quiet after 9 (perfect).

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and parking was easy. Overall, great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

It's newly a Coast and there are some minor opening issues, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a short drive from the beaches, but not too bad and is close to two large grocery stores, a pub, and coffee shops. No safety/security issues during our stay. I expect the 'new' hotel issue will resolve and it'll be a good budget option in Penticton.

We stayed in a king bedroom with kitchenette. This has been a renovated motel so all the rooms are quite pristine. However, at the time we were there (Aug 3-8) it was only open a month, so there were a few kinks not quite worked out yet. These were relatively minor (no dishes in the room due to dishwasher not installed yet, no ironing board, and no laundry facilities if you are doing a long stay). Whatever was missing, the staff was able to sort it out.

Pros: linen and towels were new , fluffy and clean. Air conditioner worked great and was quiet. We had great sleeps. There was always someone at the front desk, though you have to personally go there as phones were not yet installed. The young staff were friendly.

Cons : There were no instructions to use the kitchenette stove. We had to look it up on Youtube. There SHOULD be instructions shown somewhere. Also because this is a small kitchenette, there is no fan over the stove, so cooking odors will linger unless you open the front door.
