I needed a battery replaced and a kind women on the phone said there were two types of battery options for my car and both would be 250$ plus taxes. When the technician Paul arrived, he asked me how much they told me it would be. I said 250, he proceeded to tell me it would be more. In the end I paid 437$. I have no idea how the price jumped THAT much and I asked if there was a cheaper battery option because the lady on the phone had said 250 plus taxes. He said I could either pay the 437 or go buy one myself and put it in. I couldn’t believe the price jump. So disappointing.

CAA lied to my face. I specifically asked them if I was covered in the U.S.A. as I rented a motorcycle in Florida and wanted to be sure I had towing service in case of an issue. The website I rented the motorcycle from also offered a towing service so I could have just used theirs. Well, the bike I rented broke down and so I called CAA + from the side of the road. Yes, truck on the way they tell me. An hour or hour and a half later there is no truck so I call back. Sorry sir, you’re not covered in Florida. I said I was told I was covered in the USA, that’s why I bought the membership. Oh, sorry sir, a truck is on the way. This same conversation happened twice. 5 1/2 hours later I am still sitting in the side of the road with no tow truck. I ended up having to use the website towing company because CAA + lied to my face and offered me no service! Either the person selling me the CAA+ membership had no clue what they were talking about regarding service in the U.S. or they blatantly lied to my face to sell me a membership. Not a happy customer to say the least. I had to pay out of pocket for my tow truck and CAA+ refunded me weeks after I got home from my trip and jumped through all the hoops they had me jump through. Beware folks, your CAA+ membership is useless south of the border.

Hi, I haven’t been to this location. I do have feedback on one of your tow truck drivers who was travelling northbound on the Linc today around noon. Fantastic individual who made it possible for us to get around a SLOW driver who would not move out of passing lane. What a great attitude and kind gesture.

I was in there yesterday. I was entirely frazzled. The lady I worked with was absolutely amazing! Debbie. She helped calm me down, got me set up within minutes, even noticed a discrepancy I wasn't aware of!

Worst experience dealing with travel agent Andrea at this location. Communication was awful, we left multiple voicemail msgs, took days to respond to many emails trying to book. Told us she had availability for an apt with two time slots on a certain day and when we responded back to book either time via email we did not hear from her…
Previously had an amazing experience dealing with Johna (too bad she retired as this never would of happened with her)

Very disappointed and as a CAA member expected more. Was left with nothing but frustration.

Will now have to look at booking with Sell Off Vacations or Expedia Cruises.

Went to get my passport photos and having a CAA Plus membership allowed me to get the pics for free. Waited about 2 mins to get a free employee, quick pictures done, another 2 mins to get printed, trimmed and stamped and done. Very efficient!!

I had an amazing experience here recently. Due to an address change my CAA card got mixed up. Brittany did an amazing job of figuring everything out for me. She went beyond the call of duty, as did Margaret in Member Relations. I was also able to get my international driver’s permit as well. Thank you again.
