Wonderful experience!! Yvonne's unique and intuitively guided spinal flow energy sessions are truly amazing to experience. I was left feeling so much lighter, aligned, grounded, and free. The unique and inviting space, has you feeling warm, relaxed, and safe to be fully present and recieve. She is a truly beautiful soul, and a blessing to know in this life.

Where do I start? Yvonne is an absolute beautiful soul and makes you feel like home when you are in her presence. From Spinal flow to energy flow and even sound therapy. Her aromatherapy essential oil blends work amazing and we gift them to others. She is absolutely amazing and, has helped us so much. With Yvonne, expect a meaningful experience that goes beyond the surface of most. Her guidance, connection and heart goes into everything she does and you can feel it 100% that we are so grateful for. If I can describe it, It's feels like this hugest magnitude of a hug that hits your soul. Not many people have that gift but she does. Sometimes we don't know what we need until you meet the person that can gift it to you and, help you on your journey. In a time where more than ever, we need to almost learn how to re-connect with self, explore different therapies and modalities. I am so grateful for Yvonne. I have had around 15 spinal flow appts and they have been a game chamber in the physical healing of my low back pain. It's been neat to see the shift in the alignment of my spine.

I've also had a couple reiki sessions and they have just been absolutely wonderful as well.

I always walk out the doors feeling amazing after time with Yvonne.
