I've stayed a few times and have been impressed each time. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is great. It's easy to find and close enough to Saskatoon that its still convenient to stay even if Saskatoon is your destination, and there are a couple restaurants and takeaway places within walking distance. The only "con" for me is that the pool has been so freezing that it's been impossible for myself and my kid to swim in.

Good experience and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly. A few suggestions: Trolley access was limited as other guests used the trolleys (only 2 available). No towels in the pool area, had to ask and wait for towels. Steam room and hot tub weren’t hot and didn’t meet expectations. Nice shallow entrance for pool for younger children. Weird “thunder sound” in room at all times day/night. It wasn’t super loud but something was happening above our room making this sound. Room was not throughly cleaned and there was a kids toy/candy left in our room. Continental breakfast was good, one suggestion would be to label the food (meatballs - what is the meat? Contain pork?). Despite these suggestions, we would stay here again.

Everything is great, the service, the free continental breakfast, the pool & hot tub. But my only complaint is the lack of hot water in our rooms we have had. We have stayed here many times and it was never a problem until our last two times we stayed. They are either cutting costs or having issues. But you won't get a hot shower morning or night. We brought it up to management.

The hot water boiler issue has been fixed after calling in a local plumber, as you can see below from the owner's response.

As a result of this hot water boiler issue being fixed, I have now changed my 3 star review to now a 5 star to reflect the boiler problem being fixed.

Very nice hotel, very quiet, clean and nicely situated just outside Saskatoon. Very easy drive into the city if needed. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Room service only cleans every 3 days normally, unfortunately on our visit they didn’t replace the toilet rolls or tissues when they did clean. We had to ask at reception for replacements.

Upon checking in, we had a problem with our key cards. Even though she was alone, the front desk attendant wasted no time coming to our room and fixing the issue. Spacious and comfy room. Plenty of accessible places to charge our numerous devices. Love having a decent night light in the bathroom. Plentiful complimentary breakfast. The front desk attendant in the morning was friendly and helpful with a small issue I had. Only wish there were more Canalta locations on our longer trips. Solid fan of your hotels.

I was very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is in close proximity to Saskatoon.
The meeting room was great for the size of the attendees in our group. I was impressed with the neat layout of the room and I believe the housekeeper's name was Ivanna , and with the card in the room with her name on it, I wanted to ensure that I mentioned her name on this review.

Stayed in a king suite that was in the main floor ( 105) that has its own door that goes outside like a motel . Suite has a hide a bed in it. Went to fold the hide a bed out and it looked like there was mouse turds on it. Told the staff and the people that were in that night were super good about it. Moved us to another room and discounted $25 off the room. Only reason why I'm giving a 3 star is because how nice the staff was . But pretty gross to find mouse turds in your room. $25 off is better than nothing but maybe they could if discounted a little more in my opinion.
The second room was clean and didn't find any mouse turds lol. Pool is nice.
5/5 for the ladies that were working that night. They were so nice and friendly.
