We just came back from a tour in the Yukon. Everything was perfect! We even got to see the northern lights. Bowie was amazing and helpful, we had a lot of constraints for this trip and she was always looking for options to accommodate our needs. The communication was impeccable and everything in Whitehorse went as planned. The agency that operated in Whitehorse is pretty good as well, very punctual and responsible. I would totally do it again!

Extremely unhappy about the agent ,Connie at Richmond branch !!! I have booked a cruise package w/ flight&hotel through FB with her. Since she only concern about the money, she had none customer service, zero compassionate about clients need and dishonest work etiquette.  The next day what I received was the booking confirmation with a "transfer flight" booked! Who would expected a Hawaii cruise package will comes with a transfer + wait time total 13hrs instead of a 6hrs direct back to Vancoucer She knew we are travelling with a 2yrs & 6yrs old, I personally have checked theres direct flight available, or with shorter waiting time of transfer. She blamed the booking was made by the cruise company's AI system so she has no right to pick the time. After I spoke with the cruise co they confirmed that the booking was made by the travel agent which means Connie was lying!!! All she emphasis was the flight and hotel were generated by computer. The AD never mentioned it's a transfer flight , she never mentioned either before charging my credit card! But she claimed she has 10yrs experience then why didn't she notify me before the booking is firm? If she cares about the client she could have double checked before booking, or chose a shorter waiting time flight for a family with little kids. All she worries is how much she could earn from the margin to book the cheapest way, but definitely not a pleasant way for her client. Now she ruin my holiday!!! If I knew it's a transfer flight I WOULD NEVER book this trip. If you are a parents with young kids, you definitely know how I feel 😡 why the heck I need doubled the time to back home !!

My son needed a Visa for an upcoming visit to China. I'm in Ontario and had previously worked a travel company in Vancouver to get a China Visa for my son back in 2017. That company was very good but unfortunately no longer prepares Visa applications. So I chose Qualitour, and that turned out to be a great choice. I worked with Bowie throughout the process. She was extremely helpful in preparing the Visa application forms. She was very responsive to my questions via email and by phone, and completed the required paperwork accurately, and she
provided the right information to me and told me exactly what we needed to bring along to China Visa Service Centre. All-in-all this was a very positive experience, and made our visit to China Visa Service Centre in Toronto very effortless. I would encourage others requiring a China Visa application prepared use Qualitour - you won't regret it.
