Tim Millward of Tripzter Travel performs above & beyond expectations. I travel a lot and have received such conscientious attention to detail by any agent…ever! Tim thoroughly researched the travel options for trek to the Arctic Circle, made adjustments based on my personal preferences and even prepared back-up flight arrangements for me when Air Canada experienced staffing issues that may have interrupted my plans. Tim is head & shoulders above the crowd, was flawless in his communication and made that aspect of my vacation plans enjoyable rather than painful (which it often is). I wish we could find staffers for our company that operate like Tim…he sets the customer care bar so high, other travel agents need to charter a rocket from Elon Musk just to see it. They should clone this guy…the world would benefit from having more Tim Millwards in it. Thank you Tripzter…best traveling I have done in my 65yrs…from the seating selected, meal choices, free in-flight movies, layover times, and locations…just so nice to not have to struggle with anything.
