Belle endroit et très propre. Notre lit était confortable et grand. Les draps et les serviettes sont laver avec des produits qui sente bon. Propriétaire sympathique.

Beautiful room, nice sized bathroom. The fellow we dealt with was very friendly. No coffeemaker, as was advertised. Doors open onto wrap wrap-around verandah Spacious room |Confusing about where to check in, because it’s an old house.|Charming!|Would be nice to have 2 chairs at the card table and/ or 2 armchairs, instead of the one of each that was provided |No hair conditioner, just shampoo|Can hear people walking, and dropping things, upstairs. But it didn't bother us as we slept. |On a main street but noise didn't bother us. |It said breakfast was included, but we couldn't find it. There was a fridge, and a table in the hall with a toaster on it. Not much besides water in the fridge. No bread for the toaster.

Unfortunately kettle coffee machine was in the hall beside our bedroom so noisy from 7am

We were very excited to stay at this property, as the pictures on the website were so appealing... however upon arrival we were greeted by a staff member dying her hair , and wearing a black garbage bag around her body . The smell was terrible! We were told we had a curfew and needed to be in our rooms by 11. There is no other space to lounge inside the home, and customers are to be in their rooms .
We were then shown to our room ... that was up three flights of stairs , the last stair case was narrow and the stairs very steep. The room had a bad dusty old smell and garbage still in the garbage cans ... I brought down the garbage that was not mine , and was told to go through the bad and separate the garbage into the proper bins !!! I started to do it , because I was kind of in shock , and then I stopped myself and explained again that this was not my garbage !!!!

There are no staff available to talk to once you check in . I fell down the steep stairs and wanted to ask for another room, but there was no one available . I knocked on the doors labeled staff only and no one came .
We paid for two nights and because of not being able to make it up three flights of stairs again after being hurt... we left .
The staff finally contacted us back and refused to give us our money back for the second night ... or offer us another night in a different room . She was highly unprofessional and blamed us for not finding her cell phone number earlier before we left she then stopped communicating with us.
Also the certification at the door is expired .

Mary is the nicest person ever!!!! So helpful and accommodating!!!! Super clean rooms and all rooms are unique. Sizes differ and is priced accordingly!!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Thank you for everything Mary and family!! From Ryan and Kimberly. Visited Aug. 23-28 2023
