Very no frills but comfortable motel. Good AC and everything works as needed. Location is right on the highway but also right next to the best shops and restaurants in town. Room was spotlessly clean and it seems like the motel is well looked after. I will stay here again!

Definitely a little clean quiet gem of a hotel/ motel. Beautiful nature walk behind the place and easy walk to great restaurants / shops as well. It is a bit older but is clean and has character. I do wish it had an outlet beside the bed to charge my phone , however it probably better not to have my phone beside my head lol. Great AC in the place as well. . Definitely highly recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay. We pre booked and I would recommend as suites fill up, this way you secure a room. Super friendly staff and easy check in / out. Definitely will be back in the future. Thanks again 😊 love the no smoking rule but they have areas designated for people who do smoke.

This is an older motel but well-maintained. It was great for the price. We tried it because of its high rating on Expedia. (Besides, we've stayed in other hotels in Grand Forks and wanted to see how this place stacked up.) Our stay was excellent. Friendly staff. Great location. Easy access to plenty of restaurants.

Fabulous stay. The rooms are always clean. The hotel is quiet. Beds are comfortable. Owner and staff are always very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location to walk downtown. Thank you 🤗

Clean and comfy. Simple but everything you need. 1 free beer for motorcyclists. A quick walk to a lively little town, good brekky place nearby. Would definitely stop there again.
