I have never had any issues until this one night. Seemed to go pretty well at first, he was super quick but after pulled out of the driveway he continued to back into a car in the driveway. Instead of stopping where he was he continued to ram into the car until I had to tell him myself that it was a car he was running into. Me myself had to tell him to move forward because he was blocking her door. He then played off the whole thing like it was nothing (she now needs her door replaced). After we headed on our way he then didn’t have any paper for the debit machine. So he left me alone in the taxi parked down town at night so he could go get paper. I seriously wish I was making this up it’s that ridiculous. Then once I finally get home I payed him the money. Yes after all that I still had to pay for a ride, he then tried to convince me it didn’t go through. I then had to pull out my bank account to show the transaction went through. He wanted me to pay again because he didn’t get a receipt which I refused and got out of the car. Never again will I be going with united. I did not feel safe in the car with that man. If I could give 0 stars I would’ve.

Always quick to answer. Polite and respectful responders and generally nice drivers. I used this taxi service all the time to and from work while on a contract at summerside and I was able to pre-book the rides which made my pick ups more timely and smooth. Sometimes the drivers were even earlier than the set time but they would wait the few minutes extra without complaints.
I tried the other taxi service first since it seemed to have better reviews but didn’t have as positive experiences with them. I would recommend United!

Me and my friend took taxi service from United. It was my first time trying out this company and probably the last. The driver who picked us was racist and had no manners how to talk to a customer.We were charged more service charges as compared to regular charges quoted by them. The route he took from our pick to destination place was longer than the usual route which made us wonder why is he taking a different path. Never thought my first experience with united would be this bad. Anyone who is thinking about taking taxi from this company think twice.

A disgusting experience. The cars reeked of the smell of cigarettes and at the end of the ride, I was overcharged for a 4 minute drive. All the taxi services in summerside are horrible. I don't recommend whatsoever.

I appreciate the graveyard shift martyrs, since I had a 5:40 am flight out of Charlottetown and was staying an hour away from the airport. I do wish the cab had been cleaner and had not smelled so much of smoking.

Horrible company, horrible dispatch and horrible owner.
I called for a cab for a 10 min ride up the road, was willing to pay up to $45... After arriving very late he informs us as we're pulling out of hotel that it's a $75 fee to start.... then he blames dispatch for not telling us. Dirty car, late, horrible service from the first call to the last, it took several before they actually arrived. They didn't know where my hotel was, nor the huge tourist destination (near sandspit) we wanted, on the main drag! He was argumentative, disrespectful, and to top it all off, when I called dispatch back to ask why they didn't tell us of the huge fee, he said "I don't do complaints, call the owner back another day..." The final kicker here, dispatch said the guy who showed up and was so disrespectful to me and even when talking about his own employee, WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. I strongly suggest never using this company, I know I never will.
If only there was a 0 star.

Im not talking about all but there only one person who is always rude . It happned with me many days ago but i ignored it but again today on monday around 5.45am i called to book a taxi , since they dont provide a service to track the taxi thats y i was curious to know where my taxi was nd i called again , the man who respond my call was so rude he spoke so rudely .. spoiled my mood . They should know how to treat custmers .. i just asked him that how long will it take in a polite manner but the response was horrible .. disgusting… no doubt the drivers are very good but i dnt know who this person is … if the owner see this review he should teach him how to be respectlful and also he should listen to the recorded call .. he is such a rude person

worst service ever,dispatcher is the worst person.He just have one job of taking calls,may be he dont know how to talk to customers.Called them but call got disconnected,then when i call him again he said he is not sitting there to take calls again and again.This guys needs to be sit free at home not at work.Called at 6.11 pm on 6 aug,plz listen that call
