Was just driving behind one of their cabs. Scary. The guy crossed the double yellow line a dozen times. We thought he was gonna get in a wreck. So if you want to risk your life, this is the cab service for you. Or if you are suicidal, again this is the cab service for you.

One Star. This taxi service sucks. I read other reviews about the taxi drivers over charging people and the same thing happened to me. I paid 10.50 when on their screen the flat rate of my journey was $7.50. I thought maybe they were charging me tax but I decided to pay $6.25 with my extra coins I had and than they gave me the reader again and I had to pay $7.50! That's crazy and my journey was only three minutes long. I don't recommend this taxi service whatsoever.

Just a huge scam. If you decide to use this taxi service, you'll regret it. The cars always smell like cigarettes and their drivers will overcharge you. Hopefully someday this business gets shut down for fraud.

I used this company weekly number of times . Probably spent 1000s this year on cabs . Old Town is over charging people like crazy . One of their drivers also drinks an drives . Witnessed it myself last month. And have had the same driver recently an can smell beer as soon as you get in the cab. My girl friend took a cab yesterday from kensington about 1.5 kilometers down the road . And back. They charged her 32 dollars. I took a cab to the same place today and back they charged me 49.50 and when I called the cab company back the lady was rude and stated that I GOT A DEAL . I can take a cab from cornwall to charlottetown for 16 bucks . These people are disgusting. And If they keep over charging they are going to have people just walk out of their cab with no payment. You want to rip off loyal customers . You get what you give , ha

I got a cab and he was helpful and did his job right, although making a really random comment about the lgbtq group, we were making small talk and he randomly brought it up like it was relevant to the conversation, personally i wouldn’t bring up controversial topics in a cab like politics or religion or anything like that it just seemed a bit weird and out of the blue but whatever

I don't recommend whatsoever. If you choose to use this bad taxi service, they are going to overcharge you and you'll have to sit in a car that smells like cigarettes.
