Nous avons réservé deux nuits à cet hôtel. Facilité à réserver notre séjour par internet. Un excellent accueil. La chambre était très propre. Nous avons déjeuner à l’hôtel le matin de notre départ. Nous avions le choix d’un dîner continental (yogourts, toastes, croissants, muffins, fruits, céréales…) ou à la carte (œufs, omelette, saucisses, bacons, crêpes…). Nous avons choisis à la carte. Le service très rapide et vraiment abordable. ||||Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter!😊

Très bon endroit propre et confortable. J'y ai passer une semaine pour le travail et rien na dire. Petit déjeuner aussi qui est correct à mon avis.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn over the long weekend and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and not too crowded — which made for a relaxing stay. The staff provided excellent customer service; everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and one thing I really appreciated was the air conditioning system. Unlike many hotels where the AC can be loud or disruptive, here it was nice and quiet — allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
However, I do think there’s one area that management should consider improving: security. During our stay, we noticed quite a few homeless individuals around the hotel, some of whom were harassing guests. For the safety and comfort of both customers and employees, I strongly suggest having a security presence on-site or around the property.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again — especially if the security situation is addressed.

September 6, 2025 – We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto and had a frustrating experience with check-in. The night before, we were told early check-in around 6 AM would likely be possible. The morning shift staff member (working until about 8 AM) at least tried to check if a room might be available, but the next lady on shift around 9 AM was very rude and unhelpful. She said the only option was to pay $50+tax for early housekeeping, otherwise we would need to wait until 3 PM. She gave no clear answers and dismissed our request.

Thankfully, another staff member who started around 9:30–10 AM was much more professional and helpful, and she managed to get us room keys by 11 AM. Her service was the only positive part of the stay. Overall, communication was inconsistent, customer service was poor, and guests should know that early check-in here is not guaranteed unless you pay extra.
