Absolutely love this store. Amazing customer service and a very cutesy experience. There always quick helping and mindful. I bought 2 bathing suits and a necklace 2 weeks ago which have been holding up great, plus I got the cutest bag ever when checking out. Definitely recommend.

a couple days ago I went to grand bend hoping to go to this store and it opened later than advertised (says 11am) I was there past 11:30am and the store was completely closed. Anyways that’s not even the issue here, I noticed the quality was bad, poor customer service, crazy prices. And then thought hmmm I’ve seen these bathing suits before. Turns out almost everything is this store is from SHEIN, they’re selling bathing suits that are originally 15-20 dollars for 60-75 dollars! I’m not at all shocked but beware if you’re going here these people are scamming the customers, all the non name branded items are from SHEIN.

I drove 5 hours to come to grand bend for a vacation and this is one of the places I REALLY wanted to visit. The store hours are posted as 11-9 everyday however, on the Tuesday they posted AFTER 11am on instagram that they would be closed for the day and opening back up on Wednesday. So on Wednesday we went for 11am and waited 15 minutes and the store was STILL not open! Totally understand that things happen but if you’re not open at 11am you should definitely update your store hours! <3

‌ BUYER BEWARE ‌
tl;dr - pretty to look, but DO NOT BUY

I visited this store last weekend and was *initially* in total awe of the whole pink aesthetic and girly vibes everywhere!! I ended up buying a cute shoulder purse ($25) and ring ($42), but unfortunately 5 minutes after I got home, after washing my hands, two gemstones of the ring fell out. I go to Google reverse search the item and it's from SHEIN... it's no wonder the quality was so poor. I guess I should have checked that in the store, but I thought I could trust them to NOT just buy from SHEIN in bulk and then up sell at a god awful margin. My mistake. I am SO disappointed. I've emailed "The Social Blonde" (the business/podcast/person) that runs the store but haven't heard back after a week. When I commented on their Tik Tok account (@prettyprivilegegrandbend) about my experience, they deflected and their response was "Hey! I’m so sorry about this. We haven’t heard such since we’ve opened (which would’ve been last year.) and unfortunately we don’t do returns so there isn’t any further we can do". So... I guess I'm out $75 now. Don't waste your money here.

I was going to buy a pair of cowboy boots that I saw there but after perusing the store, I realized literally all of the merchandise was stock from Shein or Temu. I wouldn’t have been bothered but the store is upcharging $1 rings for $30-$40. Some of the items even still had the very obvious Temu barcode on it. As soon as I left I ordered the cowboy boots for a fraction of the price she was charging.
