I had the most amazing experience at Pop On Nails in Waterloo! My husband discovered it and decided to give me a treat. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and beautifully lit the space was. The entire atmosphere felt serene and relaxing, almost like stepping into a wellness retreat. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and the expertise of the nail technician. She didn’t rush through anything, every step was done with care, precision, and professionalism. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. My nails turned out absolutely stunning and my husband loved it so much.

Whether you’re looking for something simple or a more intricate nail design, they truly listen to what you want and bring it to life. I also appreciated how clean and organized everything was, which made the whole experience feel even more high-end.

Hands down, the best nail salon I’ve been to in Waterloo. I’ll definitely be coming back again because this is now my new go-to spot! 💅💖

Had my lash extensions done at Pop On Nails Waterloo and I’m so happy with the results! The salon is super clean, tools are brand new, and the space feels classy and relaxing. My lash tech was gentle, professional, and very detailed. My lashes turned out full, soft, and natural-looking, exactly what I wanted. This place is a hidden gem and deserves way more attention. Had a fantastic experience at Pop On Nails Waterloo! The salon is super clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure both were done beautifully and with great attention to detail. The highlight for me was the foot massage during the pedicure it was incredibly soothing and helped me unwind completely. Not rushed at all, and the pressure was perfect.

Tons of colors to choose from, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my nails. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and a bit of pampering in Waterloo!

I visited Pop on Nails today for a shellac pedicure and had such a great experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and offered a drink, which was a lovely touch. After settling into one of their incredible massage chairs, which also had wireless charging and multiple massage settings, browsed their wide selection of polish and found the perfect shade of pink.

The pedicure itself was amazing. Richard did my service, and he was not only super friendly and funny, but also extremely attentive to detail. The pedicure ended with a hot stone massage, which I’ve never experienced at other salons before—it was such a relaxing bonus and really elevated the whole experience.

Midway through my appointment, I decided to try out bio gel nails. Richard helped me choose the ideal length and made sure the shape and finish were perfect. The nails came out looking thin, natural, and so well-done. He painted the French tips faster than anyone I’ve ever seen, and the end result was a flawless, elegant set.

The ambiance of the salon feels clean, modern, and luxurious, and with their current 15% off deal, it was totally worth it. I highly recommend Pop on Nails to anyone looking for quality service, attention to detail, and a relaxing experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Omg!!! This has been the best nail salon I have ever been to! I just moved to Kitchener and decided to get my nails done. Lucy was fantastic. She did a lovely job and she was honestly so sweet! I will definitely be back 🙂

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few months now, they are amazing. I don’t often write reviews however they have stood out to me, my nails have grown so long. They are very clean, very friendly and very talented. Lucy in particular is my go to gal however, they are all amazing. I highly recommend 🙂

I originally wrote a really good review for this place, unfortunately I had to delete it. I am still giving this place two stars because the people are super kind and the place is very clean… However, this is the second time my nails have only lasted a week. They are cracking in half and the polish is peeling off. I’ve never had this happen at any other nail salon, they’re clearly not being cured properly. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place and stick with the nail girl I had. When I called they said they can fix the nails that cracked off, it’s been one day since and now two more are cracked and peeled. I’ll need an entire new set at this point. Super disappointing especially when you pay the extra money for it to happen again. I unfortunately won’t be going back.

I had my nails appointment with Sunny today and ohh boy!! He blew my mind. I showed him the picture and he did better than what I showed him. My nails looks gorgeous. The nail salon itself is so clean and pretty. The massage chairs are one of the class. The staff really take their time to pay attention to details. Highly recommend them.
