Went for the first time with a group of friends yesterday and had such a fun time. Landon the ref was great at his job and enforcing the rules. And honestly to the people bitching about "being yelled at " in earlier comments..if you're not following the safety rules and taking your masks off on the battlefield, you're gona get yelled at! That's super dangerous.

Definitely will be back soon.

EDIT2: Not coming back ever because first impressions are everything. Funny how your response is so defensive yet you don’t want to call out what rules we weren’t following. Please elaborate. He shouted inside the registration office when only 2-3 ladies went outside just by the door to the safe zone. I know we broke the mercy rule once in the play area because we are first timers. But in that situation, one of the more experienced players shot a girl on our team within 5-10 meters and then the girl’s brother shot the “pro” back within the same distance and he start shouting at the top of his lungs for 10 seconds (everyone could hear) in the middle of match spewing mercy rules and what not absolutely traumatizing 2 of our group members. They stopped playing because of that experience. Your staff did nothing after the game was over…didn’t ask anyone anything about what happened. So yes multiple times, we newbies felt like outsiders with terrible first impressions, unnecessary shouting and no accountability between game rounds. Not coming back ever, don’t need to call you, given you all the feedback you need. You write such large defensive replies yet don’t ever expand on what we did wrong beating around the bush. All good.

EDIT: Owner, I am sorry but you are wrong. We got shouted at when going out from the registration desk to the safe zone where you are ALLOWED to take off masks. NEVER ONCE did we keep our masks off IN the play fields. The people who seemed like they were in training were actually the best staff. Anyone can tell the one yellow jersey staff is a seasoned staff member. The problem is not booking a private play, the problem is you not catering to newbies at the same time. If you think booking private play is the answer then don’t distribute coupons if the intention is not to properly explain rules to newbies. Even if we booked private play, can you guarantee non shouting and proper explanation of rules? AGAIN, NO ONE EVER ASKED IF WE WERE FIRST TIMERS even though it was clearly evident that we were. Also, how does SHOUTING come naturally to staff in training according to your words as they are still training. I am not calling out your entire staff, I am calling out one specific staff member that left a terrible first impression. Do you expect me to pay $500 and then immediately get shouted at for literally the smallest inconvenience to your staff? Do you expect $1000? If so, please advertise that. Shouting comes from ego from my experience, not from training-in-progress. That is a terrible excuse that does not explain immaturity. Immature people don’t get hired in the first place. I have a job and run a business of my own, my business average order value is $10 max and we treat them like kings and queens so no I won’t relate to your response and will not understand it either because it’s not been answered by you properly. You fail to understand the issue at hand.

Great fields, however the rules were not explained that properly which caused a lot of confusion. We were a group of 11 first timers. They shout at us as if we have played multiple times. Not once were we asked if we are playing for the first time. Some of us don’t even know you’re supposed to put your hands up when shot which was NEVER told to us. The place is geared towards regulars and not inviting for newbies. I would recommend for pros but not for people trying out for the first time. The moment we entered, the lady helping us was amazing and calm. But the staff member in the yellow jersey was only shouting at us. Didn’t really hear that volume with other groups so why us specifically. So a couple of our ladies went outside for photos before taking their masks and guns at the beginning, what’s the big deal? We paid you money, treat us with respect. Absolutely horrible treatment from the staff in the yellow jersey today (April 27). Who starts our day off there with shouting? If I was in your position, I would tell a couple of boys in the group to gather everyone but hey, you do you bro.

TLDR:
Great place horrible customer service and equipment.

Great terrain and place to play. There’s loads of maps and you can easily spend hours there.
However. The poor rating is due to the awful customer service. The one young guy did not have our guns ready loosing valuable sun time. He was very rude, yelling at us from place to place. He failed to make it a cohesive seamless experience between each round, instead he created an uncomfortable atmosphere. He seemed bored to be there and wanted to get us to leave.

Whenever there was a staffing error he found a way to turn it on us.
One player went to fill his gun air and the staff tilted his gun and lost all his balls and there was no apologetic tone he said we should check whereas the staff member should’ve been checking if it’s sealed since as theyre the subject matter experts, and we just picked up the gun.
He dissembled my gun and did not put the gun barrel on properly so it fell off and he was very accusatory insisting that I lost it, whereas if it was placed on properly it wouldn’t have fallen off during regular play.
Our guns didn’t work half the time, and there was nothing done to compensate time and money lost.

Worst experience with customer service, I think they need to work on staff and train them better. Even gears were not functioning well, guns stopped working in between the games and even the replacement was worst as it was completely broken and all paintball feel on ground.
Never coming back, and wouldn’t suggest anyone going here.

Love this place, this has been my new home starting airsoft since last year and will continue to do so. Tons of fields and good people not to mention the map sin city which is always a blast!

A fantastic woods all facility just outside Barrie! Huge fields including CQB, a 3 floor urban field and more bunkers trenches and planes than you can shake a stick at. Can't wait to go again and again!

Enjoyable place, but there are some issues. Only a few of their guns work properly, and some of the staff are arrogant. They don't explain safety rules adequately. I hope they work on these problems. Thanks.

Not worth it! The staff is arrogant and non-respectful. No explanation provided to the new players. The jumpsuit and helmet does not help at all!
