Small airport that is decent size for the communiry it serves. Several parts are only staffed when there are flights. The food kiosk after security is usually unstaffed. The cafeteria and rental car counters are often unstaffed as well. Call ahead. Moving the baggage claim outside during winter for construction not the best idea. If you need to contact the parking people good luck. They are starting to build out the longterm parking. The parking machines can be a pain. The wait times have never been a problem here.

Baggage is horrible.
Charter flights get mixed with national airlines.
Don't expect any help. From anyone who works there.
Make sure you are at your gate on time.
They will not let you board. Even when you are in the boarding lounge.
