I loved it, but I think it was missing vegan options for the food and I feel like it could have been a little bit cleaner at some places like the washrooms. Nice sunsets!

I like travel by ferry. You feel comfortable during the waiting time at the terminal. It’s clean, warm with a lot of space. You will meet friendly staff and excellent service!

This is a awsome public bus stop with #620 bus connections to bridge port station Richmond Canada line and on the route is lander exchange and tsawwassen mills ...
Its a doubledecker bus and suitcases go on the lower levels , backpacks can be up top on upper level , thier are racks for your suitcases at the front & back of the bus on lower level , the #620 runs alot here I find, I use this 620 regularly at tsawwassen terminal to bridge port station very handy ....this also a #900 bike bus stop to Bridgeport station with limited services

EXTREMELY RUDE TERMINAL LADY. A blonde lady who was interacting with us. This was our first experience booking and rudely told us we did two things wrong when we had zero experience. I think there could have been a little more grace and kindness with communicating how we booked wrongly. We were also only two minutes late and she abruptly told us she is cancelling our reservation for being two minutes late. It’s really unfortunately when people take their jobs for granted and they treat customers like this. I think this can be improved. I hope this can be rectified or that this does not happen again to other people.

Booth employee was both pleasant and informative, and the kitchen staff on the Queen of Alberni’s Coastal Cafe (April 8th 12:45pm Duke Point to Tsawassen) was tremendous… they were cheerful, upbeat, and incredibly friendly. Also, the weather was brutal outside and the sea was
ROUGH… yet somehow the captain of the ship was able to dock that boat with nary a bump! We were impressed. I know BC Ferries gets a bad rap sometimes, but I can guarantee you it’s not based on the experience I had this weekend !
