The staff was helpful and did their best. Rooms clean!

I had issues with flickering lights and a shower that stopped midway through but maintenance was able to solve later.

But I'm here to talk mattresses. These mattresses are sunken in ours that need replacement. I stayed in multiple rooms over three weeks of 3-10 night stays. My back and neck hurt terribly.

The second time I checked in, I ended up bringing my camping air mattress (an exped 10, highly recommend), blowing it up and putting it on the mattress under the sheets. Which fixed the problem! But it's ludicrous to have to do that, and not realistic for most travellers.

Please replace the mattresses with Douglas or endy or something that isn't a pillow top that deflated years ago. You can add a mattress pad to make a firm mattress softer, but there's no undoing a soft sunken one.

As for location, if you need to be in Langley or are passing through it's easy. If you're commuting to Vancouver it's definitely a drive.

Was out for 1 week, I was surprised when I went to ask for make up wipes to avoid staining towels and was given a box of kleenex instead but I made it work, I found the door tags for housekeeping to be a great idea but the follow through was not always completed. Until someone in our group brought up a security hazard not once was I asked for ID even at check in, but once it was brought to the attention of someone ID was asked every time at the desk.

The room doors had to be forced to close and open. They were to big for the frame. The rooms are smelly and need a major cleaning or redo. The lobby is stained and filthy. The restaurant is not a part of the hotel... Hallways past rooms, around fire doors and corners gets you to the back enterance. Overpriced and in poor condition.

We stayed at this hotel the first time I arrived here. The hotel is nice with nice rooms but the locations is in Langley. Not very convineneit for us as we had a conference to attend in downtown for the next three consecutive days. The hotel itself is very nice and much better than some of the over priced hotels in downtown Vancouver.

We recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Hotel in Langley after an exhausting 20-hour journey from Europe, and I cannot express how exceptional my experience was! Thanks to Cyrus and Caitlin, our last-minute reservation was handled seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy a much-needed restful night before another 12-hour flight to the East Coast.

The service throughout our stay was fantastic. As an RSVP Rewards member, we received a kind complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even better. The goodie gift bag waiting for us in the room was a lovely touch! The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, and the hot tub and pool provided a perfect way to unwind.

We were also fortunate to order a late-night meal from Moxies, which is open until midnight. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, complete with cutlery and linen napkins—definitely a step above your average hotel dining experience.

The bedding was so comfortable and made for an excellent night sleep. ? We also took advantage of the breakfast in bed also served from Moxies.

If I had to suggest one small enhancement, it would be adding hooks in the pool area for towels and robes. We found ourselves placing them on the floor, and they got wet due to some water overflow.

To top off our comfortable stay, the hotel even offered us a late check-out to prepare for our next flight. It truly made for a perfect last night in BC. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so perfect! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Langley!

Decided to do a birthday trip and chose this wonderful property. Upon check in I was greeted by Adi who assisted me. He is very friendly and always smiling. He even surprised me with a room upgrade with the loft and boy oh boy The room exceeded my expectation. It was so big and everything was clean. Upon check out another wonderful staff named Christian made the whole process as smooth as possible. Will definitely comeback to this property. Cheers to all the amazing staff!

Rooms are okay only issue is they have a lot of rats and mice out back. I was in room 108 and looking out my window I could see dozens of rats in the garbage bin area running everywhere. I went to go outside the conference room doors and a big rat was looking through the glass of the door. They need to focus on hiring an exterminator, the rats have a main trail across the rocks and if you watch for 5 minutes you can easily count 30 or more, that's the ones visible. Room was a bit musty at first so need to air out the room.

With the events of my latest stay, I can attest that communication is sorely lacking! There was a situation that developed in the middle of the night that caused all guests to exit the building. After some time spent outside, we were allowed back in, but that came through the attending emergency crew. There was NO COMMUNICATION from the staff as to the nature of the problem, but we settled back into bed. A short time later, the alarm goes off a second time. I was assured that it was because the system was being reset. Again I head back to try to get some sleep in what remained of the night. Started to doze off when the alarm went off a third time!! So much for getting any sleep at all that night. Was assured that management would be on site in the morning to address concerns and negotiate compensation. This ended up being not true as this is a Sunday morning and they likely didn't feel that the guests were important enough to deal with. At checkout, they told me that I would hear from the owners the following day... I'm not going to hold my breath! Will have to think long and hard about staying with them in the future.
