We engage with Carey often to help plan and coordinate company events and offsite meetings. She is detailed and meticulous, providing consistent communication throughout the process. She also makes sure to be available during the event for any last minute changes, which is incredibly helpful. We appreciate her willingness to be flexible as we often have unique requests that I am sure can feel like a goose chase at times! Carey is professional and knows how to develop a travel agenda that flows seamlessly from one items to the next. We always enjoy working with her!

We have had the pleasure of booking through Travel Quest for several years now! Carey and her team have always gone above and beyond to provide the best travel booking experience. Carey has always provided us with great advice when booking travel, hotels and making sure we are mitigating the risks. She is super knowledgeable and always wants the best for her clients!! She is always quick to respond to our inquiries and truly cares about making the travel experience for her clients a positive one! When COVID hit and our vacation was cancelled, she tirelessly made sure our travel investment was returned and constantly provided updates!! Ask upfront what service fees will be, as the agent I dealt with did not disclose anything. Instead, I found her exorbitant "agency fee" in fine print at the bottom of my booking confirmation - after she booked my tickets and charged my visa. I asked for a rationale for the fee: is it a flat or hourly rate? is it a percentage of the ticket price? I was ignored. I pushed back and simply wanted an admission that that wasn't the best way to deal with people's money and trust, and was told "that's just how we do it." That's the OPPOSITE of quality customer service.
