I had multiple queries and the brother was super helpful and explaining me everything even before I took his service. I am in Toronto with work permit and my primary passport is Bangladeshi passport. Most of the other agents asking high prices where A&A asked a reasonable price and also gave me a small discount.

This hajj operator is truly an embarrassment. He is ignorant and should not be able to provide hajj services. He took agents that were his family member and provided zero guidance. On top of that he ignores you when you have a question and is a male shovinist who makes women feel unseen. Honestly do not go with this group last year I went with Dur Luxury package and although I feel the package was fantastic this travel agent made my hajj stressful. Now he owes money to some of us for 1 night missed hotel stay that he was reimbursed by Dur but refuses to pay everyone.
