A Truly Exceptional Hajj Experience with Alia Travels

My family and I had the most incredible and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience this year, thanks to the outstanding service and support provided by Brother Rizly of Alia Travels and our Group Leader, Shaikh Inamullah.

From the very beginning, Brother Rizly guided us through the entire Nusuk registration process with patience and clarity—despite managing a group of nearly 80 Hujjaj, he remained available day and night to address our questions and concerns, always keeping us calm and reassured.

Both Brother Rizly and Shaikh Inamullah conducted multiple informative sessions to prepare us for what to expect during Hajj. They were transparent about the realities of Hajj logistics and helped set realistic expectations, especially regarding last-minute changes by the Hajj Ministry—something completely outside the travel agency’s control.

Despite these constraints, they went above and beyond to shield us from any inconvenience caused by such changes, ensuring our journey remained smooth and spiritually focused.

It’s important for all pilgrims to understand: all payments go directly through the Nusuk platform to the Hajj Ministry, not to individual travel agencies or Saudi-based operators like Rawaf Mina or Albait. Alia Travels served as an essential support system, not a service provider in control of logistics.

We’re deeply grateful to Brother Rizly, Shaikh Inamullah, and the entire Alia Travels team for making this once-in-a-lifetime journey truly memorable. May Allah reward their efforts abundantly. Ameen.

My family and I performed Hajj in 2025 with Aalia Travels, managed by Sheikh Inamullah and Rizley, and it was truly an incredible experience—better than I could have ever imagined.

Sheikh Inamullah was always there whenever we needed help or had any questions. For example, we had an issue with our hotel room, but we didn’t have to stress at all—right after we messaged him, he came personally and resolved the problem with the reception staff immediately.

He constantly made sure we were getting the best possible service. Even when it came to transportation by bus, he ensured that his group (us) boarded first. Alhamdulillah, everything was smooth and well-organized.
