Patrice was absolutely amazing to myself, my mom, and my grandma when we visited the shop yesterday. This was our first time visiting the store and we will definitely be returning. We spent two hours in there because there were so many authentic vintage items that we couldn’t choose from! If you are in the area and looking for something unique and one of a kind, make a stop in here, you won’t regret it. Patrice was so accommodating towards us and even negotiated prices with us for many of the items we ended up purchasing. Her prices are reasonable for the items she sells. We cannot wait to come back soon! Thank you Patrice!

Lots of Zara and H&M, but had some authentic vintage designer pieces. Prices on fast fashion type brands felt high, designer pieces were more understandable.

Patrice is a sweetheart, she’s been doing this a long time and it shows. Shops open and close around town and there is a reason she’s been successful for 20 plus years. I’ve personally had the pleasure of doing business with her and she’s honest and fair. She has a mix of vintage and unique pieces at amazing prices. I love this shop

I will never come here again. Came here 3 times today, there was a sign saying they open at 3:30, the lady didn’t open anytime around 3:30. We had ended up going to a different shop for a little while and decided to come back. When we saw she was open around 5:00, we went in and I saw this really cute Harley Davison vest that didn’t have a tag, she overheard me rave about it, and said she didn’t put in the system yet. She took it back and then proceeded to say it’s not for sale 5 mins later. Then why is it out? It’s fine i found it for pretty inexpensively somewhere else, I dodged a bullet there. The prices too ridiculous. Terrible experience.

If you are thinking of leaving your designer clothes or jewerly think twice DO NOT do it! This lady is rude and will keep your stuff and keep profits for herself. I made the mistake of leaving spring/summer tops and dress plus jewerly. I went to check on my stuff thinking she will have end of season clearance or something .This unpleasant lady just says I told you about it when you left your stuff with me and its all donated if you dont pick up. How about an email? Phone call? In this day and age. What about what she SOLD already of my things? Just HORRIBLE So what do i do call the cops!? This nasty lady just has the best racket going. Going to better business bureau now. She will probably respond to this post saying she told you at time you drop off. BS I love reading all the reviews** that says PAT (owner is rude) she will be so sweet when responding to the reviews. Please see jewerly ( pic below) she has stolen from me.

I met with Patrice today and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Although I wasn't very knowledgeable, she was patient and kind and it was a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend stopping in. Her store is welcoming and comfortable, with great stock to go through.

After having driven past this establishment for the last few years, I was finally afforded the opportunity to pop in for a few minutes and it was truly worth the wait! Patrice was super warm and welcoming from the moment I entered the store and was there to answer any questions that I may have had. Looking forward to coming back on a regular basis to see new and exciting inventory; will surely be a repeat customer for life!

I have been shopping at Act II for quite a few years and it does not disappoint. Patrice has a wonderful line of high end products with great pricing. She is always willing to help find an item you may be looking for and works one on one with you to make your shopping experience easy.
