The brokers at Affinity are solid. Knowledgable on policy wordings and always looking out for your best interests. For a while they seemed to be having some staffing issues, but now they’re great to deal with for my home policy!

Very poor customer service. They expected me to sign agreeing to a contract before they'd even tell me the price of the insurance policy. Why can I not get prices before I accept?

Front desk barely speaks English. Hard to understand. Rushed home thinking I had the right documents but due to them struggling to speak English I brought the wrong documents. Now I cant drive my vehicle.

It is frustrating when a company advertises that they are open but the reality is that they are closed. This company needs to change their published operating hours or honour them. When they responded to my concern they informed me that they were open for walk ins but not phone calls. So if you live in Meadow Lake they are there to meet your needs. If you live out of town you can drive in and have a simple question answered in person!

The service staff are great but very udisappointed at their posted hours they don't fufill. Stated open Saturdays on door and website but not open the two times I tried. Be open or change posted hours!

I asked on Saturday July 15 to add an atv or have someone call back. Had to call back to add me. I would not of been covered if I didn't call back.
