We recently moved from Lillooet to Chilliwack. We had a 3 day period between homes so needed to store our household things. Placing our our household belongings at Agassiz All Storage was perfect. The staff were always upbeat, accomadating and pleasant. I will be recommending Agassiz All Storage to anyone of need of a place to keep their personal things (household, motorhome, toys, or extra vehicle ), Was my pleasure dealing with such professional and pleasant people. We used Agassiz All Storage for 3 months of storage in the summer. The outdoor containers are very clean and like new condition. The containers are insulated and even on the very warm days it was a reasonable temperature inside so our belongings were in fine shape. Location is very convenient for Kent residents. They have a very good stock of moving materials like boxes as very competitive pricing.
The access is good and the staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. We signed up easily and quickly and were refunded our deposit very quickly as well upon leaving.
There is also a Uhaul truck on site which is usually available and we took advantage of this to bring our belongings home all at once. Again, good vehicle and clean. Uhaul pricing but you can order the truck right in the Agassiz Storage office without the hassles of Uhaul and their online experience which has been a challenge in my past.
The only negative I would add here is that they have a full month advance notice policy for leaving your storage unit just like a residential property rental. This potentially requires a great deal of planning on the renter's side which isn't always easy if your stay isn't fully determined. In the end we had plenty of opportunity to plan our exit so it did not pose a problem. I'm not sure if this is an industry standard now? It wasn't when I rented space in another city about three years ago.
Overall a very pleasing experience and I would recommend this facility to others but informing them about the exit notice.
