Service médiocre, fausses promesses concernant des prix compétitifs. Ils sont toujours très occupé . Seulement pour une soumission, cela prend 3 -4 jours et ils ne vous donnent jamais de nouvelles de la recherche. Très déçu. pas professionnelle de tout

The Maria lady is beyond rude and with bad judgement 😂
Get a load of this:
My mom has been doing business with them for like 25 years. Long story short they talk about a price that "disappears" the next day. They agree on a new price (100$ more than previously expected) and that it would go on my credit card following my authorization. Before sending my authorization, I find the flight my mom wanted at the original, lower price on Hopper! I book the trip.
When my mom tells them we've found a better deal, Maria procedes to tell me that I am CROOKED for doing something like that and YELLS at me on the phone. Obviously, I hang up on them... What respectable business can fathom that they'll get a customer's money by BULLYING them in 2022? LOL. Insanity.
If that wasn't enough they called back my mom to try to say they were going to lose money because of her, etc., trying to shame my mom into cancelling the trip I booked for her, by yelling at her... LOL again.
@the owners: this is already a disappearing profession. The only thing setting you appart from an app or a website is your customer service. Do better.

Horrible service that lady had so much attitude for someone selling vacations i will never come back to this place, horrible experience. No wonder it was so empty with no clients.
