As a commercial driver, crossing back into Canada through Sarnia is always welcoming. The agents have always been friendly and professional (save 1 person last year), and are very helpful explaining what needs doing if you hit a snag with your shipment(s). The fact that everything is onsite helps making this crossing smooth and painless. There is a nice driver waiting room here (Commercial side) and plenty of truck parking.

Trudeau is crying about pollution and increasing taxes, and these guys are trying hard to make everyone wait at least 2 hours to cross into Canada, wasting thousands of liters of fuel. Good job, whoever is managing the booths.

The agent who we spoke to this evening quite literally treated a car full of adult women like children. When asked why we are entering my friend told him “We are visiting Toronto for the weekend to celebrate a birthday”. The agent then proceeded to raise his voice and scream at us “that’s NOT a reason, DO I NEED TO MAKE MYSELF MORE CLEAR” Watching this man’s face turn red from yelling and acting hysterical was quite alarming seeing as we did nothing wrong and there was no prior argument to provoke this. If it was a car full of men opposed to a car full of women I can be quite certain that he would not have felt the need to scream at us and be condescending throughout the entire encounter.

Very nice staff working idk why other reviews are bad just be nice to them they will be nice to you. Appointment 1 pm checked in 9:30am loaded and good to go 10:05.

I came here to apply for a spouse work visa, but the police officers here were very unfriendly and threatened me. I came to apply for a C14 visa. This visa actually does not require checking whether I have a "dual purpose" to enter Canada. However, the police here threatened me and acted irresponsibly due to some political factors and discrimination. And they didn’t let me apply. I went back and consulted my lawyer. They agreed that it was very inappropriate to cancel someone else’s visa application for dual purposes, and they thought they were very disrespectful of the law!

As a border guardian, it is extremely unreasonable to make such a mistake. Please make it clear to them that they are the guardians of Canada when working at the border, and they need to better understand and respect Canadian laws and the rights granted to them by the Canadian government!

Best border for truckers they don't waste your time, its far better than Niagara and windsor. Never faced rude officer at this border

Everyone here has been very nice and friendly at this crossing and my wife and I enjoying crossing to go and come back from the usa at this crossing. I will state however the last time we crossed we had a blonde hair lady who was a little rude, first she didn't the fact our passport where in passport holders things and she refused them, unlike when we went across they had no issue with them. She hand them back to us....and she said " take your passport out of those things.....I cant look at them that way" and then throw back at me and then I handed back to her and she slammed her window shut. I will stated she was the first time we got a rude agent.....just wasnt impressed with her....but other than that all other staff we have dealt with have been amazing and outstanding and very friendly.
