For the love of God, I cannot believe the many positive reviews this venue gets! Are these people paid to say this? The Agincourt is indeed a turn of the century mansion that is literally falling apart. Not well kept at all. It needs a lot of money to bring this building up to today’s standards. We were welcomed by a typewritten note on the front door, telling us where to go. A narrow flight of stairs to the top floor, brought us to our suite that was decorated with shabby chic furniture that most likely was acquired from a salvage store. It took us a long time in the relatively dark room to find a light switch. It happened to be hidden in the far corner at the kitchen. The suite was kept cool by means of two incredibly loud indoor air conditioners. Too noisy to be able to sleep. I must say that the delicious breakfast saved the day. Bravo, well done. My overall impression was that this eerie looking bob looked like a low class retirement home. My suggestion to this bnb is not to overrate it as a four star venue. Spend money to bring this home to its former glory.

Not a luxury property but the comfortable apartment-sized suites make it well worth the price. The breakfast isn’t as generous or a delicious as it used to be but so we usually eat out or bring our own food.

This place is simply amazing! Spacious, clean and close to downtown Strafford. Each room comes with a kitchen, sitting area, bathroom (shower, no bathtub). Kitchen supplies with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator. There is coffee and tea in the room so you can make it anytime. The host is incredibly nice. I had a very warm and pleasant time there! I visited in January so there was noone there which made it a quiet and relaxing visit.

A beautiful home. Excellent location. An excellent value - so much space and so many amenities for such a reasonable price. Breakfast was very disappointing, but good place to stay while in Stratford.

Shabby and mostly unkept.
Scruffy porch with dead plants and soiled common areas.
Bedding faded and skimpy.
Does not deserve 4 stars but has so much potential.
Breakfast was awful. Watery juice, warm bad coffee, cardboard bacon and frittata, and dried out cake. No options, no fresh fruit or bread, what's so hard about doing toast?!
Worst value for money we have ever had. Fine for family as roomy and not fancy.

Walkably close to downtown, Terry is communicative & friendly, and the suite was comfortable & clean. -1 star for one of the items in the breakfast basket being spoiled, otherwise I highly recommend this place!
