Bien situé à Airdrie, tous les services sont situés tout prêt de l'hôtel. Excellent service, nous avons apprécié le service aux chambres. Près de Calgary et à 1:15 heures de Canmore et Banff. Le déjeuner était bien. Je recommande T

Fairfield Inn & Suites provided one of the more polished hotel experiences on the trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, ensuring that even minor challenges—such as figuring out whether the laundry machines accepted US or Canadian coins—were handled with patience. The room itself was modern, comfortable, and technologically up to date. I especially appreciated the inclusion of a TV that supported streaming apps like YouTube and Hulu, which added a sense of familiarity and comfort after long stretches of travel. While not ostentatious, Fairfield exemplifies functional hospitality done right. 8/10.

Since changing over to Fairfield the hotel has run much better. Rooms are clean but noisy if placed on the off ramp (West side) of the hotel. 15 min walk to Boston Pizza over busy roads. Apart from this hotel is great value.

The hotel was ideal for a two night stay.|It was affordable, spotless clean comfortable and quiet despite being fully occupied.||The only negative is that it is in an industrial area and you need to drive everywhere.||Will certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay , friendly staff, great breakfast , nice hot tub & pool area. Room was super clean & roomy , had a fridge & microwave & coffee maker great shower,beds were comfy. |All the little notes & special touches were very nice too. Such cute animals, only seen this done before on cruises. Would definitely stay here again !

The location is about 20 minutes from Calgary Airport, which was okay. |As soon as I walked in, we were greeted by the front desk staff. They were very accommodating, and they even assisted and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Room 203 was fine, but I didn't get a good night's sleep. The exhaust fan in the bathroom kept making intermittent noises throughout the night, clicking and rattling even though it was turned off. It seemed like the wind was blowing through it, causing the noise. I tried closing the bathroom door to muffle the sound, but the door wouldn't stay closed. It kept sliding along the wall, and the only way to keep it in place was to lock it from inside the bathroom. It was a bit horrible to not get enough rest. So, we checked out early.

My review is not a reflection of the hotel but rather of staff following their protocols and procedures. On August 31st, I authorized a stay for someone for one night. I was sent a "Payment Authorization Form." I filled this information out, dated it, and sent it back to the hotel. Again, let me emphasize that the stay was for one night. The hotel staff, out of compassion, worked with this individual to stay a number of nights longer (bravo for your compassion) but continued to use my credit card as the authorization to continue the stay. It is both unethical and illegal to use someone's credit card without their authorization. Protocols and procedures should be followed by hotel chains and their staff. It is now Sept 14th. After 3 phone calls, my credit card was removed from the system. If someone signs a form and authorization was only given for one night, do not continue to use the persons credit card without a phone call and further discussion and authorization. This has been the most stressful event. It has strained a relationship with a vulnerable family and has overextended my personal generosity without notification of this hotel. My trust has been broken, and I would have a difficult time entrusting any personal information or a credit card to this hotel location. My information, my credit card, is not the property nor for the personal use of any hotel chain without my consent.
