I bought my Chevrolet Suburban brand new from this dealership, and from day one, I’ve had continuous issues with their sales team, service department, and overall customer care.

The most frustrating problem has been the repeated check engine light issue, which forced me to visit the service center at least 5 or 6 times. Each time I was given vague explanations like “voltage issue” or “sensor problem.” They just cleared the light, but it came back days later.

Eventually, after pushing hard, they said a part was faulty and ordered it. I dropped the vehicle off, and it stayed at the service center for only one business day. I was never clearly told what was replaced or done. Then, less than a week later, the same check engine light came back on.

Now, the light turns on and off like a signal—it’s honestly ridiculous. Turn right, it’s on. Turn left, it’s off!

Just yesterday, we scanned it again with a friend’s tool, and the exact same fault code (P0E32) is still active.

I’ve had nothing but disappointment from this dealership’s sales, service, and support departments.
I will never go back and I absolutely do not recommend them
