This is the worst travel agency in calgary, DO NOT book with them, false information they tell you after you book with them that your ticket is locked. They charged me 1200$ to change my ticket, very very unprofessional!!!!

Bought tickets for a domestic flight. I needed a flight that allowes hand carry. First the guy said hand carry is allowed. Then he said to confirm with the airline. The tickets I booked from them didn't include any hand carry. Could have paid the same amount of price from Expedia which includes hand carry. Felt ripped off.

I don't recommend anybody to contact this Travel agent office. just take your phone number and never call you back.Our group ferestrate to get vacation package for 8 people.
