I strongly recommend avoiding this company for airline ticket bookings. My experience with their customer service was highly disappointing and felt like a scam. I needed a refund for medical reasons, and they charged me $80 just to process it. Out of the $1,500 +80 extra unexplainable I originally paid, I only received $1,120 back. It’s disheartening to see such unethical practices and hidden fees, especially when dealing with sensitive situations. You can’t build castles out of stealing money from people. Be cautious and consider booking directly with airlines or a more trustworthy company to avoid losing your hard-earned money.
