It is a cute house turned into a high quality B and B. Very neat and tidy, quiet with many room accommodations. Catherine is very kind and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Also makes a terrific breakfast. Great place to rest if you need to be in the area for an event.

My husband and I had booked the Alliston B and B for one night as we were in town for a friend's wedding.

We booked the garden room and paid an extra $10 for the hot breakfast.

The room was lovely and the pictures don't do it justice. The bed was very comfortable, the garden view was pretty, the soaker bathtub was luxurious, and there was even a little kitchenette which Catherine stocked with homemade cookies, chocolate, popcorn, coffee and tea, milk and cream, and water.

The breakfast was served perfectly on time which Catherine offered to bring to our room or we could have downstairs. We opted to have it downstairs. The dining area was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious... eggs, bacon, toast, jam, orange juice, coffee and homefries with tomatos and rosemary.

There was a misunderstanding on our part as we misremembered the check out time. We thought it was 12, but it was actually 11 and Catherine kindly texted us to remind us shortly past 11.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

Thomas, it’s unfortunate that I have to resort to this manner in order to communicate with you for the service we provided to your business, BED & BREAKFAST.

We were hired to remove your old sink and install a new one, working around the existing countertop at your home, which also serves as your business and bed and breakfast. Jimmy, who was assigned to the job, kept you informed every step of the way. You were present throughout the entire process, even assisting him at times, and never raised any concerns while the work was being completed.

Once the work was finished, however, you refused to pay the invoice, despite having had no objections during the installation. When we reached out to you to address your concerns, we explained that the area showing water damage was already in poor condition, particularly behind the faucet where exposure to moisture is common. Even so, we offered to send a contractor to address it the very same day, but you declined our offer and instead insisted on handling the repairs yourself.

We were more than willing to deduct the cost of those repairs from your bill, but you refused to provide a figure. Our invoice, which totaled $950, reflected the agreed-upon work to ensure your sink was functional and your business could continue operating smoothly. Despite this, you chose not to pay, even though we offered to only charge for the initial scope of work and waive additional fees for unexpected issues we resolved during the job.

Throughout this process, we’ve made every effort to accommodate your needs and resolve any concerns. However, your refusal to pay and the shifting excuses leave us with no choice but to consider the invoice as an outstanding one. That said, we no longer want payment from you. If you feel inclined to settle this, instead, please donate the amount to a local charity in Alliston. We do not need the money from you.

It’s disappointing to see a fellow business owner treat another local business this way, especially when we entered this project in good faith and with the intention to support each other as local business

Had an excellent 2-night stay here. Catherine was welcoming. The home was very well maintained. Super clean. Every little detail was thought of. You have everything you could ever need. The bed and bedding were top notch. Everything is about quality in this stay. I came on business but hope to return for pleasure. I eagerly look forward to coming back.

Alliston B&B was simply a great place to stay. The location is an easy walk to old downtown. The heritage house is clean and modern inside, and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed. The room is stocked with complimentary cookies, chocolate bars and pods for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There's a fridge with water, a microwave and a Keurig coffeemaker. Big TV with full cable! The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They'll cook you a big breakfast (including eggs benny) for a small extra fee. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I enjoyed a one-night stay here in June! I highly recommend this B&B. Lovely, modern clean rooms, a pleasant hostess, beautiful and tasty breakfast, lovely grounds…. And easy walking distance to the town centre.

What a beautiful place! My husband and I stayed here as we were coming out of town for a family wedding. We stayed in the Garden view room and it was such a peaceful place to get ready for the wedding. Our 17th anniversary is next week and so we also felt it was a nice place for a night away together to celebrate us as well. The continental breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious! A quiet spot in a busy little town. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again.

My wife and I recently stayed at Alliston B&B and found the location was great. The room was very nicely appointed, the owners, Catherine and Tom have done an amazing job with the decor and functionality. As for breakfasts, there are a few choices, continental (included), but we chose the breakfast buffet for $10.00, very delicious. We would not hesitate to stay at the Alliston Bed and Breakfast the next time we are in that neck of the woods.
