THANK YOU!!! We have done business with alluraDirect for great rentals and service since 2008 whenever possible. Their properties always reflect the descriptions provided and their service can always be counted on. In fact, I feel they often go above and beyond expectations. A perfect example of this was last week, we arrived at our destination, which was not a property through alluraDirect but in beautiful BC, to find an undisclosed issue with potable water for immunocompromised. Due to some health issues we fit that category. So, instead of turning around and returning home we called alluraDirect to see if they had anything available in Sun Peaks which was about an hour away. They did, they couldn’t get us into a place that night but would have it available for us the next morning! They literally SAVED our vacation. We rented Stones Throw #25 and had a wonderful time, didn’t get to fish but played golf and hiked for the week and enjoyed the view, the hot tub and the well appointed condo. I called the number on the website and told the man that answered my problem, he never hesitated in offering solutions. Within 30 minutes, he had contacted the property managers at Sun Peaks and they had a fix for OUR problem and we had a place to stay. A big thank to all involved! This is a great company and I am happy to be a customer!
