I recently booked a flight to Iran through Nazy at Alpha Travel, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate her exceptional service. When my flight was canceled just days before departure, Nazy went above and beyond to secure an alternative flight for me, despite the short notice and stressful situation. This level of care and dedication made a huge difference during what could have been a very difficult time.

She also handled my husband’s booking separately, and when his flight was also canceled, she worked tirelessly to find him a replacement flight just days before his travel. Her persistence and commitment ensured that our plans were disrupted as little as possible.

Additionally, I had to change my return date due to personal reasons, and Nazy managed to reschedule my flight at a very minimal cost when normally it would have been much more expensive. It was a huge relief to have her handle these challenges with such professionalism and care.
