Comfortable queen bed, good sized single room and the owner is on site for issues and upkeep. I like the courtyard, it's very nice in the evenings/early morning. Sheets and pillows kinda need replacing but it's not that bad I brought my own anyways

If i could rate this motel -1 i would.. Honestly the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Shower curtains for window coverings, cigarette burned bedding, light brown dirty stained towels, room stunk of smoke (even in a no smoking room). If you don’t leave the bathroom fan on then the smoke from the other rooms who smoke billows in. I found pubic hair in my bed, couple moths under my pillow, trash under the bed. No travel soap, shampoo or conditioners. They never come to change towels out, or even take the garbage out. We stayed in a 3 bed suite- $150 a night. What a flippen rip off. I would NEVER suggest ANYONE EVER stay here. Rude customer service. When we went to address about the rooms lack of cleanliness.. We were told by the owner “F you”. We got sighed at for asking for toilet paper and extra towels. This place is a JOKE!!!!!

You get what you pay for.
The rooms are partially renovated, but most things are old and should be replaced.
The toilet seat was stained with some kind of dye, but clean.
The house size refrigerator ran all night, but I need white noise to sleep.
The AC did not work until I located the reset button under it, then worked and worked good.
No sign of bugs or rodents.
Had fitted sheet and a quilt, no bed sheet
Pillows were good.
Clean towels and room smlled good....not bad.

Room was awesome much better than the pictures on the website. Nice staff, super clean. Here with co worker on a frac job and will definitely stay here again. Oh yeah barbecues for people to use as well

This place is nicely centrally located and can work in a pinch but realize, it really is a 2-star motel. For example, want a phone? bring your own, want a top sheet on the bed? bring your own, want shampoo? bring your own. Bathroom could use a new coat of caulking (room 130). Ended up paying $140 for the night, about twice what it was worth, just the cost of my poor planning but I hope my constructive criticism helps them improve the place.

Gave my credit card to book a room. They charged 100 to my card. Apparently to hold the room. I Have never had a hotel do that.
Had to cancel due to work change and COVID. Gave notice and they won’t refund my money and had the manger yell at me and hang up the phone when I asked to have my money refunded. Not a very reputable business.

Worst motel ever. I stayed one night they charged me for 3. They refused to refund my money. Never had this happen. And I work all over. Boycott this place!

I know in Rocky mountain House businesses been super slow. But being a business owner and then lying about and to your customers?
And listen to your reply. Your grammar and spelling is pathetic. Obviously you need to work on your education so you can earn money instead of stealing from people. You're now on the boycott list for my union hall and my company. Oh and my company called on my behalf to tell them that this is wrong and they should return my money. And so did my union hall. And all I took was my receipt that you refuse to give me. And I'm the one that called the police. They did say this is a civil matter. But they also told you that you should refund my money.....
And I didn't sneak into your office. You left me waiting in your office. While I was waiting for the police. You don't remember this?
You need to concentrate on what it's like to live in Canada and be a Canadian now.
