Confortable place, excellent prices.

The cheapest place i’ve ever been to. Worst staff. Rooms smell so bad. NOT A NON SMOKING PLACE OR HOTEL AT ALL. The weirdest place ever. The knocking at the doors, weird people out using tasers. Whistling around! Not a safe place i’d say. Worst experience! Worst staff! Worst customer service. I booked for three days, left on day one. Losers and liars!

I found a review on their page just right now, wish i read it before cause yea i booked through expedia too. For three days. They kept the money lol. The review is as below :

STAY FAR AWAY!!! I don’t normally post negative reviews but this place has me fuming. Please read the true one star reviews, they are the real ones. Booked through Expedia. Place had bugs on the beds in both rooms and was filthy and moldy. Room had cigarette butts and hair. Would have taken more pictures but needed to get out of there fast! Due to concern for health and safety, we decided not to stay but they kept money for two nights. No refunds. This is the only way they make money because if they returned the money from unsatisfied guests, they would be out of business. Please listen to the bad (real) reviews and stay far, far away from this disgrace. I’d rather pitch a tent!

The bed was the best I slept in through the whole week of travelling, we had free internet, coffee in room, and nice pillows. The room was clean, floor clean, sheets washed and clean, the front desk people were accommadating. The rate was good, and I would stay there again. We may have left a yellow cell phone charger there by mistake. Upon leaving the desk girl gave us a coule of protein bars for the road which was a nice guesture.

The rooms are small but very warm and so is the hospitality you receive. I was very impressed by our Innkeeper being so courteous professional and giving us a little bit of room to be ourselves. I would like to mention the gentleman with the mustard turban that was very helpful in ensuring our stay was happy,

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not recommend staying here. Arrived to check in and payed for the rooms, both rooms had bed bugs in them, cigarettes on the floor, stains everywhere, and smelled of mold. Front desk worker showed us another room and witnessed the bed bugs in the third room as well. Refused to give us a refund even though it is a public health concern to stay in their hotel. Manager is completely disrespectful and unprofessional, claiming that we were lying although having photo evidence. She stated that those pictures were not taken in her hotel and that we were making everything up. Completely horrible service and was treated completely disrespectfully. Also has an expired business license on display. Do not stay here unless you want to bring bed bugs home, they refuse to believe that they need to have an exterminator come in. Complete health hazard all around, utterly disgusted with my experience with Alpine inn.

My friends and I got two rooms for a birthday off Expedia at this establishment. To say the least, this place did not exemplify cleanliness, any sign of hygiene or even at a bare minimum, a living/sleeping space. There are holes in the wall, tainted sheets, half finished cigarettes/tar behind the beds and on top of that, bed bugs! (Later confirmed by a family friend exterminator) a couple more honourable mentions are the indoor pet flies, mold and a stench that would change your olfactory sensations forever. The review while obviously still warranted, should have been avoided if the manager was willing to offer a refund for the unadvertised bed bug situation. To our dismay, we had our heads chewed off over the phone by the manager (some very rude lady), our refund request wasn’t considered and the situation was never resolved. Don’t let the price tag tempt you to ever take a room at this self proclaimed “2 star” inn, you will be sincerely disappointed… no matter how low the bar is.

Great Hotel good price .Bed was very comfy room was very clean and maintain.The front lady Yogina was extremely helpful once we checkin she call us and asked us if everything was fine or if we need anything else .She gave use the top service .I stayed in lots of Hotel 5 stars but the hospitality that we received st Alpine was 👌.
I have no idea why people talk nasty thing about this Hotel .
This is not a five stars hotel but they give a service as a five star. And the room was smell so fresh.
I would certainly recommend this place .
