I called Troy few times about a land that his agency listed and I was interested in buying but he never bothered calling or answering back my emails, the property was on the market for about 5 months and I am assuming he told the owners that they had no offers.. probably his job as city councilor keeps him too busy or he thinks that he is above the average people? I wouldn't trust him to sell a dog house ,let alone a property and judging by other people's reviews ,I am not the only one who believes that.

My son was to be moving into a rental property managed by this company.

The house is not in very good order. It need attention.

The room my son is to be moving into is need of a deep cleaning before doing so. I refuse to clean and sanitizer his possible room to be. This should have been done by the rental company. Before they release the house to be moved into. We are looking to hire cleaner to take care of it and bill it to them .

I was not involved in the move in inspection the must of been as per thre rental agreement.

I hope they get cleaning and.deficiacies repairs done ASAP.

If they don't I will not let my son to move into a room. That was lived in for how long I don't know what the stains on the wals are.

We am very disappointed with Alpine realty, we sold a property through them last year and we were charged $3000.00 plus 3%. The realtor we had was unorganized and she didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. She couldn't even meet us to get the keys. We had to drop them off at the office. We sold another property this year through 3% realty in athabasca and there was no administrative fee just 3%, as advertised. Alpine claims to save you money but it ended up costing me more than if we would have gone to a brand name realtor. My advice do your home work.

Crooks as property managers, will withhold items from your security deposit even if you have evidence of damage when you moved in and will just stop replying when presented with it
