I’ve been assigned routes with over 100 km to cover just 20 stops—clearly poor planning by whoever creates these routes from behind a desk. The staff at the launch pad act like they own the place, and there’s zero time management. Even if you show up early, you’re kept waiting past your shift time. Amazon seriously needs to improve operations and management at the local level.

An individual named Rupesh, who identified himself as a manager, approached me and behaved in an unprofessional and threatening manner. Without any valid reason, he threatened to file a complaint against me with the intention of getting my account blocked.

This behavior was entirely unjustified and has caused me significant stress. Fortunately, I have dashcam footage from my vehicle and other evidence documenting the entire interaction.

The Amazon Flex program at the Cambridge delivery station is extremely unfair. The staff prioritize certain drivers by giving them close routes while others, like me, are stuck with long, low-paying ones. For two weeks, I haven’t received a route within 50 km—recently, I was assigned a 95 km route to Dunnville for just $76.50 for 3 hours. This is unacceptable. The staff handling routes are biased and sometimes rude. Amazon needs to ensure fair treatment for all drivers.

Showed up 4 am at the warehouse this morning for my amazon flex shift. One employee checked us in and then left and they let us sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes and never came out to tell us that our blocks were cancelled. Why would no one even notify us that there was an issue?

Update November 27, 2021:

AGAIN, left at the door, WITHOUT delivering to the occupant and left OBSTRUCTING the free passage from the unit, creating a trip HAZARD in the event of emergency evacuation...

WHY is it so difficult for the delivery personnel to consider SAFETY FIRST and then assured delivery to the occupant...

It is stated on the instructions for delivery, DO NOT LEAVE in the hallway / common areas and to deliver DIRECTLY TO THE OCCUPANT.

WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE and Amazon needs to PROVIDE THE SERVICE and not just drop and go... This practice is careless and completely disrespectful to the customer, who without our purchases, there would be no delivery and no need to HIRE a person to make the delivery...

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH... Start RESPECTING the customers rights to the FULL SERVICE for which the customer has paid for... Delivery persons need to DO THEIR JOBS properly!

So now it appears that this Delivery Station has made an attempt to deliver, according to the screen shot below, whereby the location where the delivery attempt was made was Cambridge!

The address for delivery is Kitchener and always has been for as long as I have been ordering from Amazon!

Again the delivery is obstructing safe passage through the door, in the event of an emergency evacuation...

What is the problem with the comprehension of this safety hazard created by placing parcels in the doorway...

This obstruction is a serious trip hazard for the occupants when leaving the suite...

Again the delivery personnel are compelled to pile boxes in front of the door...

I have said it time and time again, this is a safety hazard in the event the occupants need to evacuate in a hurry due to an emergency...

A complete and utter trip hazard with this obstruction of clear and free passage...

When will Amazon and their delivery drivers get this straight...

What's more, NO ONE takes accountability anymore for these stupid actions that continue and without resolve...

It is an business of simply taking our money and the hell with everything else...

The employees at this location are constantly jay-walking across Maple Grove Road, which has a speed limit of 70kph, right in front of the police station. Someone is going to get hit. Please use the lights to cross this very dangerous road.

Good place to work, not much stressfull but some of the people were doing favourtism and other employees do not get enough oppotunities to show their skills and they are laid off saying that they are not much trained

The worst place to work disrespectful people they don’t care about u at all they hire through agencies that says everything they overload the van 300 stops in like 8 hours traffic and stuff impossible you have to run like u are on fire or have no breaks running stop signs and speeding just to finish the route cause if not they will they u out from schedule or they pay u by hour WORST PLACE IVE EVER WORK FOR DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL also when I started people from everywhere my last week only Indians nothing against nobody but they took over no harm just how I felt sorry
