Horrible, awful and shady agency. The worst experience ever was with these people.
Once you pay the money, not only they don't care, they also become very rude and disrespectful. Our tickets got changed one day before travelling and we missed three days of our trip because of this. This trip was planned and paid for months in advance, they didn't provide any reason or explanation for this. They were very abusive and only yelled and screamed instead of providing a simple explanation to what happened. It was very obvious that there is something shady going on. Eduardo was one of those people who treated us in the most inappropriate way.
This is not a travel agency that anyone would want to deal with. Don’t even consider them, they don’t deserve anyone's business.
I wish I can give them 0 stars.

Title: Terrible Experience with Amigo Travel Agency and Abusive Behaviour by Eduardo

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Amigo Travel Agency and specifically Eduardo, which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I highly advise everyone to stay away from this agency, as they have shown no regard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism.

Our group had made a reservation and paid a significant amount of money to Amigo Travel Agency for our trip. However, once they had our money, their attitude completely changed, and they were utterly unhelpful in addressing any issues we encountered.

The worst part of the entire ordeal was our encounter with Eduardo, who demonstrated extreme abusive behavior. During a discussion with two women representing our group, he became unreasonably hostile and even ripped his shirt off, which was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. It was a completely inappropriate and disrespectful response to a simple exchange.

It is clear that once Amigo Travel Agency has your money, they have no intention of providing any form of assistance or support. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply appalling.

I urge potential travelers to look elsewhere for their travel needs. Amigo Travel Agency has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and incapable of delivering the level of service one would expect from a reputable agency. It is essential to choose a travel agency that values their customers and prioritizes their satisfaction.

In conclusion, my experience with Amigo Travel Agency, particularly with Eduardo, was nothing short of awful. From their unhelpful attitude to Eduardo's abusive behavior, this agency is not deserving of anyone's trust or business. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Amigo Travel Agency at all costs.

We booked a trip for our child's soccer team through Amigo’s Tours, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely unsatisfactory. A day before the trip, the agency notified us that the way going flight tickets were delayed by 3 days, which shortened the trip and caused confusion and frustration for the parents who had already provided consent, purchased tickets, and provided payment well in advance.

When we contacted Amigo’s Tours to question the changes, their representatives were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. We received invalid and unsatisfactory responses, which only added to our frustration.

Several parents visited the agency office in person to discuss the issue, but they were met with a defensive and aggressive behavior from their representatives, particularly Eduardo, who was attacking and abusive.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Amigo’s Tours to anyone. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior made dealing with them a complete waste of time and money. I will not do business with them again and would advise others to find a more reliable and professional travel agency for their trips.

As a parent of a team member of Clarkson Soccer Club I have found the experience of having the team trip booked through Amigo Tours to be unsatisfactory. Parental consent documents were provided, tickets were purchased, money provided and travel dates were communicated. Then the travel dates were changed without any request or notice to the parents and without permission. When this was questioned by the parents the representative(s) of Amigo Tours did not provide a timely or factual response. When concerns were escalated by emails to Amigo Tours and phone calls held with the representative(s) of Amigo Tours they were dismissive of our concerns. Parents went to the agency office to discuss in person and were met with a defensive and aggressive response. Their behaviour was unprofessional and unwarranted. I will not do business with them again and would not refer anyone there.

Mauricio is an excellent agent. I have been a customer for years and he's always been so caring and so professional. I don't change this agency for any other because no one offers such a great customer service ? and diligent travel needs.

Parents bought their flight with Mauricio and spelt my mothers name incorrectly by one letter and told my mother that it wouldn’t be a problem. Day of the flight comes and they could not travel. Called him and he said to deal with it at the airport. Bulllllshittt service.

If you want great service from start-end ask for anyone BUT Eduardo. He provides good service when you purchase, but if you have any simple questions afterwards — you’ll get a rude version of him. Recommend any other agent there
