We always enjoy the quiet of September and the Apple Tree Inn is always the perfect place for us. With the very large spacious suites, it's comfortable and feels more like a 1 bedroom apartment, rather then motel room.

The resident staff are always so kind and friendly, always on hand for any help we might require.

It was clean, the pool was great, the grounds are well maintained. We look forward to next September! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

The place was really nice, and the owner was very accommodating. We really loved our time staying in this inn as we were greeted with an amazing view everytime we go outside. The place was also clean and it’s perfect for people who are staying for a few days as they also have pots and pans for cooking.

Stayed here for two nights. The location is GREAT! Nice to be able to park just outside your door. The owner, Paul, seemed nice. There were three beds in our suite which was nice. HOWEVER, the beds we slept in were questionable. The sheets on mine were stained - yellowish in one spot and what looked like blood in another spot. We are a family of 4 and I felt uncomfortable having us all sleep there but we pushed through for 2 nights. The toilet paper in the washroom was 1-ply. Some of the dishes and cups were dirty that we went out and bought our own disposable items. I looked now and looks like this is rated as a 2-star facility. It really has the potential to be more but what I experienced does seem to fit the expectations of a 2-star facility.

Really enjoyed my stay and the service! I booked this room for 3 nights. The price was very affordable. The room was clean and airy, the bed was super comfortable, and the front desk service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be staying there the next time I am in Penticton. Highly recommend this Inn.

Excellent place to stay. Clean room. Nice pool. Pleasant grassy area with picnic tables under a large apple tree. Great location for BBQ. Our family and friends have vacationed here for many summers and have loved it every year. Paul, the owner, is very accommodating. Highly recommend the Apple Tree Inn.

Relative to the cost I give his motel a 5 star ratinig. The room and linens were clean, kitchen was minimally stocked but adequate, comfortable beds, quiet resort, good location, friendly staff, nice pool, good internet, It was everything we needed. It's an older economy motel. If you want upscale with daily housekeeping this is not for you. We'll be back next year.

Stayed for several days late April 2025. The room was all I want in a room: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Also great value compared to lake front hotels I have stayed in the past. Located near Cherry lane mall therfore a walking distance to groceries and London drugs. Local pub Barley Mill (great food) a 2 minute walk away. Definitely will come again

Paul is very helpful solving any of our questions or minor problems. We informed him our BBQ was not working this year and there was a nice new one the next day!
We are a group of seniors, 2 couples and 2 singles attending the ACBLBridge tournament for the week. The 3 bedroom two bath home worked perfectly for us. Everything seems brand new and clean. We cooked our evening meals in the huge kitchen, ate at the dining room table that seats 6 easily. We finished the evening in the large living room with a big sectional couch.
We have already booked 8 days for next year's event.
