Excellent pool with something for everybody. Everything from lap swim to a lazy river to a sauna and in between. Excellent staff and run very professionally.

hot tub jets not working for the last 2 months and apparently the only fix is waiting for a part from the other side of the world. Something always seems to be broken or not working.

Nice swimming pool; do wish the floors and bathrooms were cleaner, and the water is a bit on the chilly side but refreshing. Often see life guards in training, promotion of life saving skills, lessons are good.

The pool is reasonably priced, and decent for a small town pool. It definitely needs some attention and upgrades, but overall the kids have fun.

The free spray park is a great treat for the kids. Bring a picnic and a blanket to relax on while they play. (not enough benches/tables for everyone)

I quite like this pool. Reasonable monthly pass price. Staff are always super friendly. Not super busy during lane swimming/water walking hours which is perfect for me, but even when it is quite busy during public swim I still am able to find my own little areas to be in. Hot tub is always great. Only complaint (but won’t remove a star for it) is that the showers in the change room are sooooooo hot, hard to shower off before/after especially if you’re wanting to wash your hair.

Pool is pretty great, but I honestly expected a little more.... maybe just a little better after the renovations? It feels cramped and like it fell short of what my expectations were. Wetaskiwin swimming pool has a great design and WAY better hours than here. The hours are actually terrible here. Wish you were open more. I also took some issue with the fact that there are no signs up anywhere, but you have a lifeguard saying you can't take a floaty down the lazy river, yet let all the little kids in their floaties go down the river. I'm sorry, but if it's a safety issue, there should be posted signs, as well as the same rules for all. This split rules with no signs thing will get someone yelled at yet, I'm sure.

The swimming lessons subscription system is like in Soviet Union. It's a shame! The way it's organized, with people coming 3 hours before it starts to wait in the lines outside of the pool! Online system doesn't work properly. I'm wondering how much taxpayer's money been spent on this garbage!
