I went to check out the event space for an upcoming event at this location in July. While looking around, l was interested in trying out the restaurant. Although the Opal Dining was fully booked, the staff were extremely welcoming and had a table ready for us as soon as they opened at 5pm. We had the special Valentine's dinner which had an amazing 3 course meal. It was one of my best experiences and exceeded my expectations with the food service and everyone at the restaurant. Brent was extremely friendly and made sure our dining experience was top notch. I loved the ambiance and am looking forward to going back soon!

Whether it was arranging personalized experiences, offering insightful recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure my comfort, their commitment to excellence was truly commendable.

Dining at Azuridge was also a highlight of my stay. The culinary team crafted exquisite dishes that delighted the palate, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. Unbelievable estate property nestled away in a seemingly private valley. I've never been anywhere that every employee, from the butlers and cleaning staff, to the ground staff keeping the snow clear, were so nice and overly helpful. They all knew so much about the property and its history and so proudly shared all the minor details one could easily miss.
The Opal Restaurant was incredible! Most high-end restaurants we've gone to have left us leaving hungry and looking for a McDonald's to fill the void. Not here, absolutely incredible food and service, and the brunch menu was even better than the dinner menu! I would say it's worth the reservation even just for a short visit for this alone.
We had such an amazing experience! Can't wait to come back in the summer so we're able to explore the grounds and hiking trails and see the property in its full statehood.

We had such a wonderful stay at Azuridge Estate Hotel. The property is quiet, relaxing and romantic and the staff go over and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. We enjoyed the most delicious dinner, wine and brunch in the Opal Restaurant. Five stars and highly recommend.

This review is about the dinner that my friend and I had recently at the Opal restaurant at the Azuridge hotel. |The dinner started very well: our waitress was friendly and pleasant and offered us drinks and asked whether we had any questions about the menu. We didn’t so we placed our orders: we wanted to split the carpaccio to start followed by bison rib eye steak and poached lobster tail for my friend and dijon crusted rack of lamb for me. I also had a glass of Malbec wine; my friend does not drink alcohol and stuck to water and then a ginger ale.|Before our carpaccio arrived our waitress brought us an unexpected amuse bouche: a delicious oyster in a pleasant citrus dressing. The carpaccio was excellent, served with arugula, cherry tomatoes, home made pickles, and slivers of Grana Padano cheese. Between this course we were brought an also unexpected palate cleanser: a small scoop of mango icecream served on a “plate” of carved ice.|The problem arose with the main courses. My friend ordered her steak rare but when she cut a slice from one end the center was basically raw - not even blue rare. The waitress took it back for more grilling but when it came back it was still far less cooked than rare. It was also tough and chewy, as was the lobster tail. I ordered my lamb medium rare but the racks were rare although the boneless ribs were cooked to my taste.|We showed the still raw centre of my friend’s steak to both our waitress and a manager but no apologies let alone an offer of a dessert on the house were forthcoming. At $85 for my friend’s steak and lobster one should expect the best quality meat cooked to perfection. As noted, the dish my friend received was neither: poor quality, chewy meat, severely undercooked. Overall - very unsatisfactory for the price. We will not be returning.

Visited for Christmas market this weekend. Beautiful spot, previously a private residence, now a swanky hotel. Spotted a spa and axe throwing, a small pond, and a meeting space. I assume the service staff was hired specifically for the event, the food was tasty but they seemed overwhelmed with the party buffet style service. Parking staff was excellent.

Had a lovely Sunday brunch. We had the crab cake and meat omelet, which were really good. The server could almost read our minds. Didn't have a chance to stay or do the spa, but that is next on the list.
