Unfortunately, not a great experience overall.
My first order was a pair of women’s work boots, which arrived in the wrong size—they were so large they felt like clown shoes. My second order was the jegging-style work pants. At first, I thought I received the wrong size again, but it turns out the company uses Australian sizing, which can be confusing for U.S. customers.

Even once I confirmed the sizing, the pants still didn’t fit right. The material has zero elasticity, making them very uncomfortable for anyone with curvier hips. I chose this style specifically because the model appeared to have a similar body shape, but the product didn’t match the fit or flexibility suggested by the photos. It honestly feels like false advertising. The fabric is stiff and structured—definitely not what I would consider a true jegging.

On the positive side, the pockets are great, and the customer service team was responsive and polite. I really wanted to like this company and support their products, but after two disappointing orders, I won’t be giving it a third try.

Customer service is amazing. I had the smallest issue(slight discolouration) with a pair of pants and without hesitation a new pair was shipped to me.

Hi, I’d like to give a shout out to the North American Branch of Bad workwear.

I had been having issues dealing and communicating with the Australian branch which I had accidentally ordered from previously. After poor communication with Australia and being blocked by the Australian accounts I was actually contacted by the North American Bad workwear branch which has completely turned this experience right side up. I would like to thank Derek for listening and helping resolve a situation that wasn’t even his own.

I am a women in trades and it’s tough to find proper fitting, good quality work clothing and I’m so happy to have come across this company. I’ve only heard amazing reviews from fellow female coworkers in the trades and I’m also very pleased to know how supportive and dedicated Derek and his team are about making trades clothing for women available. I can see that the North American Bad Workwear care about their customers and I appreciate them helping correct a mix up.

BAD work wear has really changed the way I wear and buy work clothes.
This clothing has lasted me for 3 years now which is fantastic, zippers all still function and some how not one rip or tear. Working construction I work in all weather conditions above and below the ground so kudos to BAD workwear because I ran this clothes hard everyday and it really did look after me.
The waterproof hoodie is the warmest sweater on the planet and did I mention waterproof ! The t shirts are soft on the skin, very comfortable and lets not forget about the pants. I highly recommend BAD Redemption pants as they have a excellent pocket assortment aswell as a hammer hoop. .
If you want to be comfortable, dry and warm then Rep the brand that does all the above.
If feels good being BAD !

Ordered the water resistant sweater, absolutely love it. Has been holding up great in the rain so far. I highly recommend!!

The pants I ordered did not fit as intended, but after communicating with customer support, the issue was resolved with grace and in a timely fashion. No arguing, just solving the issue.

Comfortable clothes but not durable. Pants ripped in two places within a week of wearing and my job isn’t that physically demanding.
