We have used Badder Bus for the last several years for our annual dance competition trip to Ohio in January. They have been great to work with and the most reasonably priced. Kevin the driver (we have had him for 3 years in a row) has been wonderful. He is professional, kind and helpful. Also, most importantly, very calm while driving us in Snowstorms!! Thanks guys, see you next year!

A Badder bus driver decided to tail us at a dangerously close distance for over 40min, continuously flashing their high beams. We were driving in the slow lane. They had ample opportunity to pass us, but instead, the driver pulled up along side us, made eye contact with me, and try to force me off the road by continuing to enter my lane and forcing me onto the paved shoulder. I laid on the horn to get the driver's attention, but the driver starred at me and continued to enter my lane. They were travelling in the centre lane. OPP opened an investigation based on the documentation we provided.

Hired this company for my wedding.. Worst choice we could have made. The driver was an hour late for pick up. Thankfully another company saved the day because if they had not, we would have had no guests at our ceremony. Was supposed to pick guests back up at 11PM. Didn't show. I had to take time out of my wedding to call and track them down. She for some reason was sitting at the hotel and never made it until 11:40PM. Was supposed to do a second pick up at 1AM. DIDN'T SHOW. The company who saved the day earlier once again helped us out. We received $350 dollars of the almost $700 we paid them back. Please do not use for your wedding.

Mask mandates are over, yet this company is forcing students to wear masks for an upcoming trip to Toronto. Who exactly are you protecting? You should be embarrassed to push this agenda. If my kids didn't want to go so bad, I'd keep them home. Disgusting.

I found them to be very reliable on my recent CAA bus tour and our driver, Kevin, was professional and pleasant to deal with. Many of the passengers were elderly, and he personally assisted everyone off the bus at each place that we visited.

Like seriously ... It's a joke to see anyone put any good in words about this coach bus company . The only one that does that are the people that work there and are told to do so!
By all means this coach bus company (especially Hamilton division) should be avoided!
